Ok I am going to try induction and kimkim! I have less than 80 pounds to get off and I am so ready to get it off and keep it off! I will try to post daily to let you know how I am doing ~!!

I welcome all the support and friends! I have started and stopped so many times but I know this time I am going all the way!

I so encourage you to try the Kimkin, it has jumpstarted my loss. I was not even aware there was a following for something called Kimkin.
then after reading the threads, thought Id try it ---yes! it worked

I love your progression bar.
I have not bothered to try and put anything like that on my profile, not that much of a techie
