Trying to find the "old" me

So I was sitting here at work...tired of starving and frustrated about my wedding coming in October. I will start Atkins...tomorrow. Yeah yeah yeah...tomorrow never works, BUT. I am at work...I can't go out shopping for groceries this very second. Eventually I would love to weigh 150lbs again.... but right now my goal is the wedding!! I just want to look GOOD!
This is not me, but a model wearing the dress I bought for the wedding!!

The dress is beautiful! I'm sure you will make a beautiful bride. Start by making better choices for you. Take one meal at a time.
