My old journal was getting just a tad bit long , I am startting a new one.

I am dying for pb cookies!! I know better. I have no portion control with them. 80 carbs in one batch!! Thinking (more like dreaming) about pb cookies left me with 2 questions.

1. Making pb cookies with davincis instead of splenda. Would this work? How much davincis would you use? I have vanilla, hazlenut, raspberry, and kahlua. I think the vanilla would be good, but I don't know how to sub davincis for splenda.

2. What would be a lower carb choice? Besides everything What would be satisfying like pb cookies, but not so high carb. I'm thinking maybe cc muffins. What do you think?

I have done it it works just add a touch of splenda like acouple sppons and then add the davinvi' I would add vanilla and hazelnut from what you have,just taste as you go . When they are sweet bake 'em. Rember you can always add more syurp hard to get it out.
