I's gots to get rid of my Fatty Crease, and Gets More Fitter!

I restarted introduction Today and it hasn't been very hard, but the day is far from over. I hope I get the same results without the sleepless nights this time around.

I bought some atkins shakes to try, not sure if i should weight until after introduction to try them or atleast 3-4 days until my body gets into ketosis.

Last time around which was less than a month dont know if i should really count it. I ate a lot of fatty foods, bacon, sausage, 30% fat beef, etc.... I think I want to take a leaner approach this time.

Another Day to tackle and yes, yesterday did get much tougher! i kept trying to convince myself to have a piece of cake and order a pizza and start the plan over tomorrow that i should have thrown myself a last haraw(sp) and ate my weight in pizza and sweets. Unfortunelty I wasn't able to stay on plan I cheated. I had mcdonalds on the way home from picking my brother up from work, he decides he wants mcdonalds and so i decide i want mcdonalds too So i ordered a Crispy chicken club, large fry, 10 piece Nugget, and lage coke MMMMMMmmmmm that was for him though LOL I had a grilled chicken breast and a light Lemonade, I say I cheated because i told myself I would have nothing but water, the light lemonade didn't seem to effect me because Today i'm down 4 pounds in 1 day


4 pounds in one day no doubt water weight although i only remeber going to the bathroom twice yesterday lol... I wonder if I ever left ketosis, after 3 months of eating my weight in carbs is it possible i stayed in ketosis, anyway first day down hope i keep losing like this lol

I got through the second day although it was very challenging I was tempted with fries, chinese food, and candy but passed... Hopefully Day 3 will be easier, I saw some skinny young girls at the mall today which really motivated me .... Now let me see if i can fall asleep

Today might be harder, the sleeplessness i exprienced the first time around is back, i had about 4 hours of sleep and can't go back... My days will be getting much longer and i will be tempted much more

Atleast I'm up early enough for mcdonalds breakfast they have the best sausage, i'm not sure i want the eat them though I have plenty of sausage in the fridge, plus i want to try and do the 72' plan and no sausage were allowed

I feel and look the same pants fit the same it's only been 2 days lol.... I'm not going to weigh myself for a while, i don't want to be disappointed..

I feel so sick like i'm about to barf i can feel it in my throat i keep burping up air Darn Induction Flu....

I find myself craving things even though i'm not hungry, I've had a bag of peanut M&M's in my purse for weeks, that my mom bought me and i just through in there, that i never had a desire to eat...but no omg i want them so bad I'm craving things just to crave them, today i was smelling baked potato's, I haven't had a baked potato in years..lol.. just weird...

I bought a tape measure, but I don't know exactly where my waist is lol i just measured around my belly button, I don't think I will be measuring myself either, just disappointment and a reason to stop........

I'm so Sleepy Got about another 4 if that

I'M STILL CRAVING BIZARRE STUFF Last Night It was mcdonalds apple pies, i hate them I just eat the crust I never get them, but i was craving one last night and OMG last night my brother was eating a sandwhich and I could smell it LMAO i have never smelled a sandwhich LOL but omg that swiss chesse and lettuce etc was so strong in my nose...the same for cookies i sat down by a bag of cookies that have been there for a week and never smelled them and I could smell those cookies

This is my 4th day and I dont see a difference, i feel fatter...LOL...I've been doing a variation of many different plans just tweeking what i think will work for me from previous exprience....Hopefull it works

I'm so tempted today, I just took my brother to popeye's I wanted some chicken strips and fries so bad... lol... then he went to mcdonalds and I feel into temptaion there and got a light lemonade, as I was taking a sip I saw this huge woman walking out slurping down an XL drink and who knows what she had in that huge bag, i imagined it was several big macs, her belly was sagging out her pants and she didn't know or didn't care, and i put the drink down lmao, she was all the motivation I needed not to cheat.....

Barf I keep burping up air and feeling like there is something lodged in my chest and throat.....Today is so hard I went and got the mail and advirtisments for pizza and kfc, mcdonalds etc made me want to cheat... but I want this more than i want junk so......

I think i'm gaining, I feel so bad, all my clothes are extra tight
I exercised today, walked 3 miles too an hour and 10 mins though lol,exercise is exercise though better than laying around.....
The weird thing is for the first 40 mins i was fine and the last 30 i was sweating and i never sweat, i was so hot it took me 3 hours too cool down, i was so scared....

The Day is far from over it's only 8:00 here and my brother is about to order a pizza

I got a little more sleep today, 5th day and i'm still very tired, nauseous, burping up air, and have a headache.... I know i'm not getting enough Water probably 24-32oz a day....

I've been on a 3 day water fast Today is my 3rd and last day, in fact I might not finish out the whole day because I just weighed myself and i'm 269 BOOOOOOOOO I expected to be pass my mini goal by now.... I know exercising stalls some people and I have been more active than usual and I exercised yesterday and plan on exercising today too....

I bought a tantra scale and my brother said it wasn't working and I looked down and it was working and I accidently saw my weight Seeing my weight always discourages me, I'm having second thoughts about going off my water fast I wanted to do it for a week or more i can't let the scale throw me off plan like it did before, My pants did fit loser today and I got a glimpse of myself in the mirror at the store and no "visable" muffin top

You can do this! I hear ya being around! I live above the mexican restaurant that my DH works at. The smell of tha tfood makes my mouth water soemtimes btu cute jeans are wayyyyyyy better than anything tastes! Keep up the great work!

Awwww THANKS for the support Ladies I needed it

Welp I decided That if I was going to be on a water fast I better start drinking more water so i drank 40oz and I Feel horrible... it made me go to the restroom twice if you know what i mean, and seems like it completly drained me of all my energy, I feel light headed and dizzy, all my energy is gone, I was going to exercise but that is out of the question now..... Hopefully sleep will make me feel better.. if not i'll have some food, fasting is probably pointless anyway...i'll probably get the same results eating under 1000 cals....

I'm embarking on day 6 With 4 hours of sleep and It was filled with strange dreams LOL i dreamt that I took this strange taxi cab around town stopped at each fast food place and ordered something with intentions to make it low carb, one place was taco bell where i ordered a bean burrito and ate it, guess i forgot i was Low Carbing lol then it fastforwarded where I had a beef burrito I intended to take the shell off only to discover i had eaten 80% of the burrito and it didn;t matter anyway because the meat is filled with oats.... I felt really hopeless and sad like omg I can't believe I failed again and poof i woke up lol... very relieved

I feel better, not much but better none the less, i think I can stick to my water fast even though I think it's pretty pointless, I want to drink 24oz's for breakfast,lunch,dinner and maybe a snack that 96oz maybe i can do it maybe i can't, i don;t want to fall in the trap again where i'm listening to people instead of my body, last night i drank an extra 40 oz because people say drink half your body weight in water, you need water to flush out the ketones etc etc blah blah blah and not only did it clean out the ketones, but took my bowels, bladder and all my energy with it

Well I offically went off my water fast, i had some scabbled eggs and sausgae for breakfast i was just too weak, I went to the store and could barely walk around

My body feels like t's on fire, I just ate half a hamberger I wonder if that's my metabolism buring up what i just ate... no more cheese or beef for me....

I'm so tired, can't fall asleep though

I'm not sure if fasting helped or hindered me, i'll wait a week or more before fasting again and see how that works out.... Unfortunetly I think i'm going to have to start looking at the scale so i can determine what's working for me and what's not, i just can't let what i see hinder me...

Whoo Hooo I got a little more sleep, Day 7 and my mini goal has been met and that's on the scale that said i was 279 but I was on my Tom when i started and after the first day lcing that scale said i had lost 4lbs said i was 274.5...anyway all i know is the scale that always weighs the higest is sayng i'm 265 so i'm happy according to that scale i've lost 14 pounds in less than a week...granted it's due to water reduction from tom and water reduction from lcing but whocares lol.....or maybe it's not and i had no bloat from tom and very little water in me and it's from water fasting..who knows lol....

I have a severe craving for nacho's the kind you get at the fair or mall i've been wanting them for about 3 days....i don't even like them haven't had them in 5 years+, this moring I had craving for a domino's pizza, i could taste the bell pepper lol.. haven't had domino's in almost a year it got gross.....Anyway i bought a whole bunch of chicken last night and decided i was going to do lean protein for a couple days, but decided i wanted something more tasty and had some sausage and bacon and light lemonade...

I've been looking over the kimmer thread and frankly the people aren't losing fast enough for me.... i keep wondering if i had not did a day of k/e and water fasted for 3 days would i be slimmer.... that's exactly why i can't weigh myself i had a plan and now i have went in another direction thanks to the scale.......

i'm sitting here hurting so bad this is worst than TOM those sausages really did a number on my stomach, it hurts so bad, it's so bloated too i can't even fasten my pants...my butt is raw (tmi..LOL) and i wonder if this happens to anyone else but soon after i eat food high in fat, my body turn really hot, uncomfortably hot for like an hour....

I'm so bored, nothing on tv, i'm incredibly sleepy but can't sleep, my stomach is acting up, i keep burping up sausage gas LOL

I think tomorrow is gonna be the last time i weigh.. weight is irrelevant... when i see myself shrinking and i get to a comfortable weight than i'll weigh...

Weird only got about 3 hours of sleep... weighed myself and i'm down a pound... LOL at my stats and sig everything is a different weight, i need to change them, doubt i will though...lol... 271 I shouldn't have put that, that was a guestament, i was 271 3 weeks before I started Lcing, I was on my tom when i started so i didn't know my true weight, probably wishful thinking that i had 5-8 pounds(depending on scale) of water weight instead of fat LOL...Anyway

I don't know what those sausages did to me i'm still very bloated and feeling stuffed, my stomach is stickig out so far it still hurts really bad, i feel poisoned.

OH BOY! My Stomach is hurting like HECK! my mom keeps wanting to take me to the doctor, i'm trying to ride it out though, my stomach is so bloated it hurts so bad...anyway day 9 and i keep having recurring dreams that I mindlessly pick up something and eat not realizing until after it is devoured that it isn't LC..... hopefully it doesn't come to pass....

Yawn only got about 4 hours, what day is this 10? My weight loss seems to have slowed down...i'm only 1 or 2 pounds away from the 250's though and i intend to be there tomorrow... starting today i'm going to increase my cals/meals/fat and exercise more, no more water fasting/lean protein only at least for a while....

I feel so sick, my stomach hurts so bad... i told myself not to listen to what everyone was saying that was my downfall last time, but what did i do, i increased my water intake by almost double, booooooooo and i drank about 30oz in one sitting and my stomach is killing me it is so bloated and hard it hurts like crazy, it's just sitting in there i have never felt like this, i've pee'd twice and it's still hurting.....


I haven't loss any weight for 2 days according to the real scale(that's what I was told, I haven't looked) I think i might be stalled almost 20 pounds in 10 days is a lot, i also have been eating mcdonald's breakfast for the last 3 days and drinking more light minute maid than usual, which will stop today, i've increase my exercise and hopefully i will get a woosh or at least start losing again....

the thought of food makes me want to vomit i mention jitb and nearly vomitted good thing it was only air... i feel horrible

A lot of That water is still in my belly...yawn got my usual 4 and so day 11 begins and the exercising worked, 259.5 wish it was more but i'll take what i can get....

This is getting so hard for me, I feel sick al the time, I'm so tired, after I woke up i went back to sleep after an hour or so and slept 2-3 hours more... on the treadmil I couldn't keep my eyes open i was so tired and i had to get off after 40 mins, i layed there for 2 hours after i got off, I was so tired and even now i just want to fall alsleep, i'm exhausted, all those -4 hour days catching up with me I guess...

i can;t stop drinking light lemonade i think it may have thrown me out of ketosis for a little and i drank it those 2 days i didn't lose weight... I told myself no more, but i don;t think i can do this without it, i need something i can enjoy..

BUMMER! I DID NOT LOSE A POUND according to my broke scale i'm the same as yesterday which really hurts i don't know what else i can do, and ketosis is pretty much gone i'm starving right now... about to have some cheese, yes i said chesse, Fu(K it, I want cheese so i'm having it, It's obviously the light lemonade, that contains cals and carbs that is "stalling me", The real scale was being screwie too...at first it said i lost only 4 ounces but was the same weight, than it said I lost 2 pounds then it said 1 pound and 5 ounces...so i'm baffled as to if i lost weight or not, i exercised and ate right, i'd hope to have lost some weight.... i don;t give a ***** anymore if light lemonade and cheese makes me lose a little slower so be it, I was hoping for 30-60 pounds a month, I guess i'll have to settle for what i can get... What day is this 12?

Boy am i exhausted, last night I dreamt I was eating a big mac in my car Lmao Why, i have no clue, Day 13 and I've lost about 20 pounds YEA!!! for me... my body has totally stopped losing weight, i've been hovering within the same pound or 2 for the last 3 days, i'm certain it's due to the diet beverages i have started to consume and the lack of exercise... and the fact i haven't been to the bathroom in 3 days lol...
