Brownbunny's Weight Loss Journal

I am here to help and post my weight loss journal. This is for me and I invite anyone who wants to join.

I was at 170lbs. but now I have gained. I am at 175lbs. It is because of a few bad days of eating. I ultimate goal is 140lbs. A nice even number. It will give me wiggle room. I don't want to be over 145lbs.

So here is my first day's journal entry:
Breakfast - Coffee with heavy cream and 3 pumps of sugar free caramel.
Lunch - 4 Sweet Meatballs and nuts (1oz.)
Dinner - Salmon and garlic mock mashed potatos (cauliflower)
Dessert - Carb Freedom ice cream (1 cup) with Sugar free Whipped Cream
Snack - (4pm) - pepperoni slices/cheese(1 oz.)

How many carbs do you think this would be?

Unfortunately, no exercise today.

Recently regained and need to be accountable and honest. I need and will make this a WOL because it is healthy and not a quick fix.

Nice to see you here. I'm beginning myself. Nearly a month with a few bumps.

Have you tried opening a FitDay.com account? It's a great place to track everything and make yourself accountable.

Your breakfast looked small.

Good Day

Hello -
I am back.

Breakfast - Egg burrito (low carb) with an ounce of cheese and an ounce of ketchup.
Snack - sugar free ice cream (1/2 cup)
Lunch - Steak Baja Ensalada with oil and vinegar
Dinner - low carb chicken enchiladas (2) with sour cream
Dessert - 1 cup of sugar free rocky road (Breyers)

2 liters of water

NO exercise. That will change very soon. I feel horrible that I haven't exercised.

Sunday

I have to be honest. My day wasn't good yesterday. I also didn't start out that well today. I HAVE TO PREPARE!!!!

Sunday-
Breakfast:
*half of a McDonalds cheeseburger/1 liter of water
Lunch:
*Chicken/avocado/lettuce/tomato/cheese low carb whole wheat tortilla wrap with a diet coke.
Snack (at movies w/my 8 year old sister):
*3/4 of a big bag of Peanut m&m's
Dinner:
*low carb protein bar

2 liters of water

****I know it is not quality and definitely not enough. I started off today with McDonalds too b/c I didn't get up in time to fix breakfast. I went to the gym and rushed to work. The rest of my day will be one of better choices.

I had coffee w/cream for breakfast

For lunch, I had a bunless burger

Snacks - 2 pickles

For dinner, I had chicken caesar salad - no croutons

Desert - sugar free cheesecake

My bad idea for the day later that night - a cup of sugar free rocky road ice cream. (Why did I do this? I don't know. I need to control my cravings at night more.)
