I started this on Monday June 4, 2207 weighing 195 pounds! I am going to keep a daily total of my weight, food eaten and workouts!

Monday 6/4/07 - 195 and I just look and feel Yuk. My exercise included walking about 4 blocks to go to Luby's for pan grilled fish and spinich salad with just a little blue cheese.

Tuesday 6/5/07 - 194 - same lunch and same walk and same lunch. Had a few extra scallops with my steak for dinner. Scallops good (wrapped in bacon, not so much)! We will see the damage in the morning.

Wed 6/5/07 - 193.2 - Altough my carbs were low, that extra bacon didn't do me any good. I will get scallops by themselves next time. I am really getting into seafood.

This is day 3! Thursday. My weight this morning was the same as yesterday. 193.2. Had pan grilled catfish and a small piece of rare sirloin for dinner. Absolutely no work out. Didn't get home from work until 7:30 last night. Breakfast this morning was scallops wrapped in bacon. Not too much bacon I hope. Lunch was a mess today, (boneless buffalo wings from Church's) and spicy wings from Popeye's and a side of coleslaw. That will be my carbs for the week!! Okay...no work out unless I can do it while the little one is at dance practice.....but on the bright side....SPURS GET THEIR FIRST WIN TONIGHT!!!!!
