Almost one full week at restarting this WOL. Yippee! About 2-3 lbs down despite a stupid cheat on Friday. Life is good!

I just finished a big cooking spree to prepare for the week. I made some recipes I remember loving the last go around: Linda's Deep Dish Pizza (my favorite LC food!), Taco Cheese Soup, Breakfast on the Run Muffins, Crispy Parmesan Cheese Crusted Chicken. Yummy week of eats!

I feel really good. I only had one very short "episode" of carb withdrawal. I had a little bit of aheadache on day three and I am not even sure I can contribute this to the low carb.

Goals: need to lose 30 more pounds, would like to lose 40. Would be totally thrilled beyond belief to lose 50.

I have been slowly modifying my eating since Christmas and it has rewarded me with a 25 pound loss. The sad thing is, no one seems to have noticed. Honestly, I barely notice except the way my clothes feel and the way I feel. In the mirror it doesn't look like much, though.

Here's to renewed attempt at LC WOL! Yeah me!
