Before I start my challenge information, here is a little background...

I started January 1, 2007 at 264.4 lbs. I stayed on-plan until January 21, 2007 when I got the flu. I had trouble getting going again until I joined The Gutter Girls 30-in-3 Challenge.

January 1, 2007 – 264.4 lbs.

January 21 – February 28, 2007 – got the flu, then stumbled around. I couldn’t seem to get going again. I was off-plan.

March 1, 2007 – 252.2 (-12.2 since January 1st ) – Back on plan! Started Challenge.

30-in-3 Challenge Stats
Start – March 1 – 252.2
Week 1 – March 8 – 246.0 (-6.2)
Week 2 – March 15 – 244.0 (-2.0)
Week 3 – March 22 – 240.8 (-3.2)
Week 4 – March 29 – 241.4 (+0.6)
Week 5 – April 5 – 238.4 (-3.0)
Week 6 – April 12 – 236.4 (-2.0)
Week 7 – April 19 – 234.0 (-2.4)
Week 8 – April 26 – 230.6 (-3.4)
Week 9 – May 3 – 230.0 (-0.6)
Week 10 – May 10 – 229.4 (-0.6)
Week 11 – May 17 – 225.4 (-4.0)
Week 12 – May 24 – 226.0 (+0.6) *reached all-time low of 224.2 during week, but…
Week 13 – May 31 – 229.2 (+3.2)

The last week and a half of the Challenge was very hard for me. I slipped several times, but I am back to fighting mode.

Okay... I think that brings us up to date. Time to start this Challenge!!

MENU: stock fridge with nukables.

I just made up a word. Nuke + ables. Nukables.
RX: prescriptions + muliti-vitamin
WATER: 64 ounces
EXERCISE: The FIRM

I have baked chicken cooling in the kitchen. I am making Chicken & Spinach Parmesan. It is a staple of mine. Nothing helps me more than having food in the fridge ready to nuke. That is one of my favorite things about this WOE is the casseroles.

Well… I guess I have dilly-dallied enough. Time to go get some stuff done. BBL
