Holly - found ya darling!!

I hear ya on the breakfast. Usually by Friday everything is gone in my house. I bought some Vienna Sausages for emergencies. I know many don't like them, but in a pinch here at the office they are ok for me.

WTG on the exercise!!!

Yeah, but are they female?

I know most dogs do like them. When I had my dog I would give him half of my can. It's a staple here. Fry them and eat with eggs or cut 'em up and make 'em with rice. Yum.

And at 2 cans for a $1, -on sale - ya can't beat that.

Count me in on the "coffee qualifies as breakfast" on Fridays ... I have been keeping EAS shakes on hand for those mostly for the convenience... but starting this weekend, I'm going to cook up a whole bunch of quiche muffins for breaky to grab when I'm in a hurry!!!

KUTGW Holly ... I see great things happening!!!

Hi girls! Thanks for stopping by to visit.

Candy,my current favorite flavor is peach but I like cranberry too. I like to mix it (straight from the tub or to go packet) with vodka, muddled lime and sparkling water when I need an adult beverage.

Okay so this is exactly why I make sure to eat breakfast everyday (see below).

Dinner:
3 mozzarella sticks, 2 blackened catfish filets, 1 cup green beans
20 oz. Diet Coke
32 oz. Crystal Light

Went out to dinner with my Dad (he's in town fishing). Could have totally avoided the mozarella sticks and just stuck with my sensible "clean" dinner but noooooooo. Was too hungry from not planning well enough ahead and ate some of the appetizer. Thank God I only have crazy shopping day twice a month.

Oh yeah,
Exercise:0 (will make that up tomorrow when DH has duty)
Water:0
That is all.

2 eggs fried, 1 tbs. butter, 2 slices ham, 1 tbs. mayo
