For My Eyes only!
My last born is on the verge of turning one, and I know longer have any excuse for the way I look! After having 3 wonderful kids in the past 6 years, I feel like my body has been to hell and back! No more kids in my future, and therefore no more excuses!
My brother is planning a wedding for June 2009 and I am likely to be in the wedding party. There is no way I want to look remotely close to the way I am now!!! So, here it is. My plan to get toned, thin and looking trim. THINSPIRATION thought of the day: dress I wore to Grandparents aniversary party! Here are my starting stats: 206 today (down 2 from 5/22) 1st goal: under 200 by 6/1 (daughter's 1st birthday) Summer Goal: 180 by end of summer End of Year Goal: 150 (trim and toned) Ultimate Goal:??? I could write a number, but it would always get changed to a lower one...so why bother? I plan on following Carb Cycling/ Calorie Restricting, but ultimately a low Cal/low carb/low fat eating plan. Todays Menu: Cycle 1 CD day 1 AdvantEdge LC Shake (11 oz) 110 4F/2C/15P LF Cottage Cheese (1/2 C) 80 1F/6C/16P Watermelon (2.5 oz) 12 0F/3C/0P Salad Mix (2 Cups) 16 oF/2C/0P Total: 218 5/13/30

DAY 2
Cycle 1 CD day2 2 days and 4 pounds away from Goal 1

Cycle 1 CD day 3 2 pounds and 1 day away from 1st goal
weight= 202 Total= -4 Menu Today 1/2 C LF Cottage Cheese 2 oz Watermelon 1.5 C Salad Mix w/ .75 T Light Italian Dressing 1/2 Zone Bar 1.5 C Salad Mix w/ .75 T Light Italian Dressing 5.5 oz AdvantEdge Shake Water, Water, Water Total= 311cals 10f/23c/30p Cla (x4)/Gla(x2), Daily Vit, Hydroxy (x 3) --------------------------------------------- Yesterday I added in about 30 mins of TaeBo while the kiddos were sleeping, and plan to do the same today. Maybe try to get in a walk during the day too, depending on how hot it gets out there. Had a real hard time keeping down food yesterday but managed too. Never ended up eating the cottage cheese and watermelon but made a scrambled egg roll up and ate most~ Dasia stole the rest :-) Trying to eat everything today...maybe not Zone bar, but everything else. |

Okay...so here's an update of progress thus far:
down 10.5 pounds in 12 days on KimKins bootcamp *clap* *clap* I am going to post in journal at least once or twice a week, but of course no guarantees! This weekend has gone well so far. Friday night was rough though. Went to drive in...had to go to Friendly's to eat. Ate and then (P) ~ this still comes so second nature to me. Didn't even think about it...as if the next normal step after eating something forbidden. Then had to be a cow and had a small handful of trail mix at movies...(P) no gain the next morning, just feeling like a loser (and not the good kind) Note to self: once I getter closer to my goals I can work on diminishing bad habits! |

Monday 6/04/07 197 Total Loss= 11 lbs in 13 days
Started Bootcamp 3 yesterday. Only down .5 this morning~ but after a lazy day yesterday, it's no big surprise. Hope that I did well enough today to get that scale moving. Did 200 crunches on ab lounge and hoping to do Tae bo later. Today's Menu: 1 1/2 slices Butterball Deli Turkey, 1/2 cheese stick 2 C bagged salad, spritzer, 1 1/2slices butterball turkey, 2 slices bacon (super crisp) 5.5 oz EAS shake (optional) Total: 224cals 9f/5c/24p ugh |
