You could do a screen shot, crop out the junk, and post it as an attachment. Do you have any photo editing tools? Usually PCs come with something - I think it's called photo editor as a matter of fact (mac girl here).

Daisy,
I agree with HB that your protein is low, your cals are too low, and IMO your fiber is too low. Keep in mind that fiber helps in two ways: It keeps us fuller longer, and it makes us "feel" better. If you're eating suff green veggies and taking in some flax meal, you can bring that number up.I'd be curious to see where your carbs are coming from. Also, it's not the % for the entire day that matters as much as it is the macronutrients PER MEAL. You don't have to get incredibly meticulous or scientific with it, but balance IS very important, not just in the way our food is metabolized and used in our bodies, but in our overall satiety and energy levels. Post a menu sometime for a given day and we can look at it together.

Yep, you guys are spot on.
Yesterday's carbs came from 2 smallish boiled red potatoes. Around here they're called new potatoes. Coming into season. My fats came from ranch dressing and butter on the potatoes. Potatoes and pasta are definitely trigger foods. I need to abstain from them. I was reading a thread yesterday about yeast and the sugar connection. It was fascinating. Sugar just isn't good no matter what! |

Daisy, pasta is without a doubt gonna trigger hunger (blood sugar) issues.
Sit down and plan out a menu for your week. Give yourself choices for each meal of the day, and choose from those choices each day. Make a list of "acceptable" foods and snacks, and avoid the "unacceptables." If you know something is a trigger food, avoid it. The best choices are choices that will augment your weight loss, not hinder or stall it. It boils down to: Do I want the pasta more than I want to lose the weight? ![]() |

Love it. Tonight I am meeting my BFF. Probably will head to Ruby Tuesday's. Very easy to make good choices there. They have a fabulous salad bar. I will not have wine tonight either. No alcohol during the week and this weekend I will abstain. ![]() |

Remember Daisy, ur 1st Goal was 173, right
, when we hit our actual goals, no need to shop the closet, we will look so scrumptious someone else will make our purchases for us , that's my story and I'm sticking to it. If I am ever in ur neck of the woods, I'm gonna take this bag from u, notice I said take and not borrow![]() |

Oh I like that idea (closet shopping - not bag hijacking! hehehe). I have tons of stuff to buy in that damn closet!
Last night I was over at fiance's house fretting about the closet space I'm getting. Trying to figure out how I'll fit all my not-fitting-right-now clothes! You would think that alone would be awesome inspiration. I seriously have some cute stuff! And it's fall - the most fun fashion time of the year. ![]() |

Yesterday's Stats
I'd rather not post them, but accountability! I went to a movie with my BFF and had popcorn for dinner. Per advice I've gotten (thanks T!) I am planning out the rest of my week so I'm not taken by surprise. Today's Goals Up my water. Dinner at Panera tonight (we have several appointments with contractors). I will have one of their salads and ask for extra chicken. Before our appointments I am working out. Tonight is JW. |

We cleaned gardens, sheds, and the basement over at DBB's momma's house yesterday. Hard work! Now her gardens look way better than mine.
I am a terrible and unmotivated gardener. Truth be told, I bought this house in the winter and had no idea there were so many damn flower beds in the backyard. I just don't have time or inclination. I'll help DD get them in shape this fall (she's renting my little house); possibly eliminate one.Today I am feeling determined. Plan for today: Cleaning house
Laundry
Bills
Callanetics
Eating clean Here's to a good day!

Goals - Reality Check House is clean Laundry - made a huge dent Bills - nope ![]() Replaced Callanetics with stair stepper - 30 minutes Ate very very clean! Worked over at the remodel all afternoon after, once again, shopping at the Home Depot. Holy crapinoli - that store is getting to be just like home. hehehe Even George was exhausted after the afternoon of following us around the remodel. My calories are kinda high in my macros, but the other stats make me happy. I particularly like that the fat was high and the carbs so low. Need more fiber though. Good good good day. I'm cooking if you can believe! Used the treadmill for 30 minutes. I feel full after my dinner of chicken breast baked with salsa and a cream cheese muffin for dessert. Here are my macros. I actually had 32 oz of water. I always forget to update the water in Fitday. And I actually have my coffee with Stevia now. I need to edit that customized food.
