Me and Jackie had it out the other night. Last night it was just me and the bills. Eeee gads. I am a bad girl apparently! Where is my money honey?

I saw some of season 3 of "Workout"; it showed the making of the tape, that's what dissuaded me from buying it. Wanna get an opinion from an actual user, so u're the guinea pig, LOL.

That's interesting you say that Tich; I saw season 3 AFTER I had bought the DVD. It's a really good DVD, but probably more for a newby like me than a exercise expert as yourself. I think it kicks my butt, but I have way more butt to kick you know?

Not enough working out. I really hate to justify my noncompliance, but this remodel is keeping the two of us totally hopping. And now I have begun packing too. There really isn't much time.

The good thing is all this activity has to be somewhat comparable. Lots of arm work is going on with the painting. Poor DBF is really getting the brunt though. I am painting and cleanup mostly. He's doing the really heavy lifting.

Over the weekend my water consumption has been going right out the window too. Although last night I drank water with Stevia and ACV. It wasn't horrible. Kinda weird and good at the same time. Tangy.

Good day. I'm packing my house up. I'm trying really hard not to obsess on all that is going on right now. It will all work out in the end.

I remember when I was married to my Wasband and we were building a house in 1994. I binged on sugar all the time because of the stress. I need to get an handle on that.

Sugar free day today totally. I just need to get through two weeks to get in the groove totally. Last night DBF was eating candy corn and I didn't even want any because I had had a very delicious supper of left over pork chops, TJ alfredo sauce, over sauteed cabbage. So nummy

I have the debate on, but here I am online instead of packing. Not true actually - I've been packing since 6:00 and I'm getting a bit tired.

I did bunches in the living room tonight and I got the guest room totally packed up. Tomorrow I'll get the bookcase in the living room. I have billions of books!

DBF and son-in-almost-law tried to install the spa tub tonight, but it was cracked in a million pieces. So poor DBF is driving all over creation to get another one. Good grief.

Yesterday was a good day, but no time to org my fitday for posting. But a very good day. I am feeling like today will be good as well.

Exercise today:
Loading boxes - unloading boxes - I am starting to move my stuff to The Acct's house. That is code name for DBF although I guess I could just call him Scott hmm? LOLOL! I've always liked calling him The Acct since I started dating him 3.5 years ago. Although sometimes I call him pupcake. Oh dear I'm crazy today; must be giddiness knowing I'm moving.

Okay - one more thing to post then I really must get to work . . .

Observation about coconut oil: I think I've been taking it maybe two weeks? I have noticed my skin looks more "glowy" if that's a way to describe. Feels less dry and looks less geezerly.

I've also been rubbing it on a breakout of eczema I've had on my upper thigh and it does seem to be helping. Redness is diminished and seems to be healing. I'm crossing my fingers.

I have a couple of their wool coats and a sweater or two. Now I'll have a new bag too! I'm buying it. I'll think about carrying a cute new bag instead of all those Milk Duds. Ha!
