Rediscovering Suze!

This is day 1 and I'm on my way....It's been a long, hard year but step by step I'm slowly finding myself again. It's been a year of losses, a year of gains, and a year full of changes, but the sun's still shining and I'm still here, so here goes!

Day One Menu

Breakfast: no no no no no .... I'm not a breakfast type person right now...
Lunch: Micro flax bread with turkey, mayo and mustard...Yum and I'm full!
Diet Sierra Mist with a tiny bit of Davinci's Cherry Syrup....
More to come later!~ I have to be at work at 4:30pm today.... Me

Day 2

It's Day 2 and I've lost 3.2 pounds of water since yesterday. Even that is a great thing!
I stuck to play yesterday and will again today. Going to do some LC cooking before work. Starting today I think I'll be charting my daily blood pressures also. I didn't resume the meds, I would love to bring it back down to normal the natural way.
