My Walking Journal

Walking is ideal for losing weight; its gentle enough for anyone, but brings enoug fat burning benefits to make a difference. Also, walking allows you to go at your own pace so thaty ou build up your fitness gradually. I am overcomming a back injury I have had for several months, so I am starting off slow. I just have to work through it and stay committed.

I have mapped out a 30 day plan to drop pounds every week. I'd like to lose 20lbs in that time, and 30lbs this summer.

I am ready to walk off the weight

Week 1 Day 1

Although walking at any pace will burn cals, you'll need to burn more cals the faster you walk. Starting walking at a moderate pace.

30 mins.

Walking can help relieve the physical symptoms of stress and depression, such as tense shoulders and headaches.
