Lori's Journal
So.... I am setting this up to stream out what I am thinking and plan my days.
Today - weight was 239. Sunday. Already I have not been that great on eating. My son wanted waffles and I have this recipe, but it makes 6 huge belgian waffles, so I ate one and froze the rest. Tomorrow is my official restart day. I have some steaks and vegies and some eggs, so I should be in good shape. Probably, I will need to get some more eggs before the end of the week. I am going to start super pure and go from there. The goal is to get to 225 and then make reservations for 'the trip.' I will flesh out the details of 'the trip' more as I approach my goal. Also, I am using the law of attraction to get my own store, here in my own community. I am spending all of my time working toward this mentally and using verbal opportunities as well. Lots to do - control eating, excercise, clean the house and make progress on my organizational goals, and get my own store. Not more than most people accomplish, though. I feel great about it. Starting tomorrow! 5/13/07.

I got a lot accomplished today. Weight was 239. Eating was not on track. Tomorrow is really the beginning of the new focus on eating and organization.
The master bath is clean. The master bedroom is mostly clean. The new bedding and new curtains are in place. The dining room is 90% clean. In the am - I will have some eggs, cycle thru another load of dishes, do a load of laundry, clean off the buffet, and pay some bills. I will come home for lunch and have a steak and some vegies. Tuesday: Take things to the thrift shop for donation. Take things to the cleaners. Clean the entryway and livingroom. Laundry. Begin the transition for my downstairs spaces. Clear out an area and clean up the area around my rolltop desk. Clean up my existing desk. Move desk out to den area. Set up new closet pieces. Move some clothes in. Begin going thru the clothes in the extra room for donation and tossing. Wednesday: I want to clean the deck. Clean the bbq and furniture. Set up the new patio cover. Move the old bbq down to bottom deck area. Re arrange furniture out there. I also want to plan the plantings and yard work that needs to be done. These are my only two days off this week. So, these projects will have to do. Maybe next week I can finish up and attack my car. We shall see. |

Weight was 238 today. Amazing.
My son and I made a pineapple upside down cake. I did not bake it long enough, should have tested it. It was great other than that. I think I can make it again and it should come out really well. I put away a bunch of new kitchen goodies. I really need to stop buying this stuff and start using it. I am happy with my 'digging out' progress so far so that these things become a reality. I am almost back to eating in the obssesed zone. I just want a break from the intensity of it. I am still losing weight. So, that is good. Lunch, diningroom, entry way, livingroom and deck today. I'll check in later if I can |
