Hello,
This is actually day4, but I was debating about doing the blog thing. I have pretty much tried to not obsess about the diet thing. It seems that every time I diet..it runs my life. Thinking about food and eating more than usual. I lost about 50 lbs doing Atkins several years ago, so I know it works. I decided to give it another try. This time around, I am 4 days into it, lost 6 lbs and am EXHUSTED. I can barely keep my eys open and its 10am!!!! I have taken my vitamin, and have been for a couple of years, drank my coffe and 30 oz of water since 7:30am. So, why am I soooo tired?? Anyway, I'm here to reach the goal of under 200!! I REALLY want to meet this goal this year!!!! So I will try to blog regualarly and see if that helps keep me motivated.

Day 14
Last day of induction! It has gone pretty well. I am still not able to eliminate alcohol, so I am trying moderation and low carb.
I am down 8lbs, feeling pretty good!! Still a LONG way to go, but determined to make it happen. This year, I [color="Purple"]WILLCOLOR] make it under 200, first time in 12 years. I am moderately excercising, I was planning on getting closer to 222, my lowest, then kicking up the excercise machine to blow past the 222 mark! My appetite has dropped off, so I am staying pretty close to induction foods, with smaller portions for a bit. |

Can't seem to do it!
Ok, I am going to vent a bit today.
I am doing GREAT on my eating, I am doing nothing on excercise and I can't seem to stay away from alcohol!! That is a weight loss stopper for my everytime!! But every week there is a "celebration" > So its EASY to see why I am not losing....... EXCERCISE ALCOHOL This week, I make a commitment to walk to work each day!!!! Its a start in the right direction...... Baby steps!!!! |
