HELP ME LOW CARB FRIENDS!!!!!!!
Okay, yesterday, I stepped on the scale and I was at 183 and I felt fantastic about it. Well, almost fantastic. Then this morning, I stepped on the scale and I weigh.............het ready for this............186 lbs!!!!!!!! I was so frustrated that I wanted to throw the scale out the window and scream profanities into the air (i didn't do that though).This was the end of my first two weeks on induction. I walk/jog/run for an hour every night, I check my ketones every morning to stay on track. I drink so much water I could float away! Help me low carb friends!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOM is comming next week some time. Can that cause the weight gain? I am just thinking that if all I lost was 3 stinkin pounds on two weeks of induction then what is in store for me after induction WHEN IT ALL SLOWS DOWN EVEN MORE . |

My weight can fluctuate greatly from day to day. I know many people say not to weigh yourself everyday-- but Dr. Atkins says you should because you need to be aware.
But also remember that your weight will fluctuate. You did not give your weight and what your goal weight is. If you do not have much to loose- then even on induction you won’t have a huge loss- induction is also for other things besides weight loss.You are doing great! Keep it up. |

goal weight
My starting weight was 190.5 lbs and my goal weight is 125-130lbs. I actually made a mistake this morning. I typed 186 when it was actually 188. When I stepped back on this afternoon (just to double check) i was at 185, so I guess you are right about the fluctuation. I will continue to try. Althoguh, I kinda blew today out of frustration. I feel bad about it
