Musa Diary Goal: My old Clothes
Well today is my 2nd day of induction and I hope I will do ok.
I will go today to the gym, and walk or jog as much as I can, as fast as I can for 45 minutes! Wish me luck! ![]() |

Tomorrow I either will run or take a class at the gym, maybe something lite. And buy me some crochet supplies. I love to crochet |

Hi Trish! I did workout today, 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer
I am starting the BODY-for life schedule on Monday. b: 2 eggs omelette, 1/2 avocado, coffee l: Big chicken salad with ranch dressing and 5 gms of parmesan cheese s: 2 oz cheese creeme with sf jello d: as lunch with 1 oz mozarella cheese. Tomorrow I rest. |

March 19th / Day 1 of 84 Body for Life training.
According to my schedule today is upper body weight trraining, aprox 45 minutes b: 2 eggs, 1/3 package of spinash (in an omelette) 2 coffee with 1 TBS of real creme [5 net carbs] s: 0.75 oz mozarella cheese l: broccoli florets, 1/2 tomato and 4.5 oz approx rotisserie chicken (dark meat) [5 net carbs] d: yellow squash and 4 oz of ground beef skilet [4] dessert: 2 oz cream cheese with sf jello [2] Total carbs: 16 approx ketosis is strong Heart resting rate : 64 |
