well its another day
I Peeked at the scale and it whispered 133.5 which is not a legal weigh as my weigh ins are mondays only. but I always like to peek :P

So this day is not lookin so good weather wise, we have 70% which means no outside and an inside day totally

Which means the following:

Only couch to 5k training today and walkin 2-3 miles(heading out there in a few to get this done)

yoga

do some purging of stuff, organize the back office and see what I want to put on ebay to get rid of(curtains etc)

I am really contemplating my duvet set as its a lot heaver than I imagined and its not so good for warmer climate areas, this is a northern set for sure

Breaky has been

3 cups coffee with stevia, cream and sf syrup
1 spongebob flax muffin with ICBINB spray and cream cheese spread( bout 1 tbsp)

I have had 2 tbsp coconut oil in first two cups of coffee this am
I have have all vits and supps for the morning round

Back later

I started a month ago at 140
I have been hovering at 134-136 never goin under
once I am under it will be downhill meanin weight wise

Ok so
training is done
I incorportated the 25min training into my driveway walking which means I have jogged and walked up and down my rocky, incline 700foot drive 8 times( which is a tad over a mile when walked total)

Now I went and spent my time with Steve and did much better in poses also stretching more into each pose so I can feel the full benefit

lunch is:

3pcs celery stalk
3pcs muenster cheese
3pcs deli ff ham med thick slice
rolled up so the celery is in the middle

I am only on #2 and may not make it to #3 I am gettin FULL

2nd 16.9oz water (OTG) goin down

now since this IS my journal lemme post about my "anx"

I am so ready to get an answer from the DOC on my job offer, I really am open and receptive that I WILL get this job as there are many things working in my favor. My DH and DS are bein uber supportive in this, since they know I will have to leave the house a full week and leave them to thier own defenses( this may be a war zone in the mix) and only home on the weekends for 4 weeks. This was a positive as prior my DH was NO WAY

second is I am training in physical health and stamina to be able to perform my job as a CO to the best of my ability, since I am a lil thing I have to make up for physical and mental strength so when I say Cell Up or Line or quiet down , they know I mean business.

Now I was told that they would be making a decision sometime in the coming weeks, and was lead to believe that perhaps this Friday I shall hear something.

Lots of positives going out ( and will take all the positives lurkers will send out) that in my mailbox Friday is my job offer.

Sonic popcorn chicken is so not good, its breaded

the WOE I am supposed to be on is atkins 72 or darn close to it
but last night was different

so we spent the entire day outside again, raking, burning, cleaning up
My entire body aches so an epsom salt bath is calling my name

I had an omlet this am of eggs, egg whites, spinach, mater, ham, feta and turkey bacon

2 cups coffee with coconut oil
lots of water( I lost track)

dinner was backyard burger low carb

it was grilled, shrooms, swiss, wrapped in lettuce and 2 slices tomaters with a sobe lean drink

I am not lookin for loss in the am scale wise as I am sure the last two days have my muscles storin water like crazy

Tomorrow I will train couch to 5, clean and finish laundry
the rest if the day is unsure tho I am sure it will be a yoga evening or morning too

we will see how I feel in the am

I hope that you feel better today. I know how you feel when you eat something with bad carbs, it is awful!
Good luck!
