Weight this morning was 150.6. Let's not get into the cookies I scarfed on my trip to Buffalo. For whatever reason, when I'm in the car I need cookies. I'm not sure if it's a sugar high that keeps me alert when I'm driving or what. All my good intensions of packing a lunch and only eating that, obviously did not happen.

This is my commitment to me and to my friend Tena to get on and stay on the open road to health!

Lunch - 4 cups baby spinach, 4 ounces chicken fahita meat, 1/4 cup burn your mouth off picante sause, 3 ounces of baby carrots to snack on. 2.5 pts.
16 ounce water.

I took some shrimp out of the freezer for dinner. Not sure what I am going to do with it. I have broccoli. Maybe I'll stir fry it.

Breakfast was two slices of french toast eaten with salt and pepper water. Lunch was tuna, no fat mayo, too much pepper and veggies and dip made with ff sour cream and knorr swiss veggie soup base. Dinner will be something with chicken and I'll walk the dogs 2.5k.

I am cooking up a whole bunch of chicken so I have food ready when I want to see some. I am still doing SS as I find it does ease my hunger. Dogs got taken for the 2.5k walk.

What is more fun than two hairy assed shelties in the spring? I have dirt and mud EVERYWHERE!

Went to yoga. It was an excellent workout. Patty is teaching this week Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I will be there for all of them. At one point today sweat was pouring off of me so much that it was running in my eyes and dripping on my mat!

One thing she said was this, hit hoem way too hard. In the beginning she said to breath. Breath out the negative and in the positive, think about your breath only. Breath. Then she said Breath out the judgemnt and breath in acceptance. We did that a few long breaths. Then she said breath out the judgment and in the acceptance for yourself. Of where you are, where you are today, where you want to be. breath out the negative, breath in the positive. breath energy.

Then we went straight into an awesome set of sun salutations.

Great class.

I am going to focus on giving my body the best I can.

Dinner is stirfry of 8 shrimp, broccoli and baby carrots with lemon pepper seasoning and olive oil. Super duper yum!!!

Good Morning! The Boyz and I got up on time and went for a 3.5k walk. How wonderful the milder weather has me feeling! Breakie will be tomato and bacon on toast with ff mayo and too much pepper. Not sure about lunch or dinner at this point! Have I mentioned how much I am enjoying spring?
