jsws journal
Hi, I have never started a journal even though I am about half way through my weight loss journey. I have been off and on plan since Christmas, so I thought journaling would help keep me accountable. I started back low carb yesterday.
Anyway, what I ate yesterday. B - 2 pieces of bacon and a string cheese L - Chicken cobb salad with blue cheese D - nothing, I have been sick and went to bed early Today - so far B - 3 pieces of bacon and a string cheese not sure about the rest of the day yet. I also need to remember to keep drinking my water... not too good with that. |

Is is so great that low carb works so well. It is really encouraging. I am glad to be back to it.
today I was 185 yesterday 185.5 Friday - 188.5 B - coffee so far, woke up late L - burger D - taco salad |

Took a few days off.. unfortunately today I was 189. I am starting back and not stopping until my goal. We are going to the beach at the end of June and I really want to stay on track.
Started back today... B - 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 1 piece of sausage L - some deli meat and cheese |

restarted 4/15
ok, I restarted last Sunday and an happy to report that I have already lost 8 lbs. I must have been way over on my carbs.
Its really great to be back on track. ![]() |
