Ok, today is my first offical day of anything.
Tue. and Wed. I sort of LC'd but last night had some chocolate and some lentils... not terrible, the scale was still at 130 first thing this morning.
Well today I woke thinking, is today the day? Yes! today is the day
I had some coffee with half n half and splenda and went to class, not sure yet what plan I was going to do.
At class I decided I'd kick-start whatever plan I do with 3-5 days of K/E (oh well about the cream,you know?) So, I had 3 scrambled eggs in Mazola Pure spray with a T of SF ketchup. Pretty good
And know what? I got on the scale after that with my shirt bra undies and jewlry on and was down to 129 hah! not really a real loss but still felt good

Yesterday's full menu

B: coffee with half n half & splenda
2 piece gum

L: 3 scrambled eggs in pam
2 piece gum

S: 2/3 can of chicken with 1 T mayo

D: 2 chicken breasts
2 piece gum

this was ok for a first day, tomorrow I am doing Stillmans QWL perfectly!

Started QWL today! I have never been able to drink my coffee with out cream before today!

ok...
for lunch I had 1 cup of 1% Friendship cottage cheese
@180 calories, 2 g fat, 6 carbs, 28 protein



It was a little hard today, until ig ot on the scale 128!!!!!

Although I am still having trouble with gum & coffee

my carbs are already at 22 ... but i guess 30 and under is really ok, espec. considering my calories (<500 so far)

maybe in the future i could have less sweetner in coffee ( iwill work on weaning down to 1-2 packets for regular mug and 2-3 for grande coffee.. i feel ok about the milk in my coffee though, and NO gum, i'll just brush more
also, maybe i'll just do 1/2 cup of cot. che. w/ an egg if i am still hungry )

I'm starting to feel SNATTy today... actually i am happy about it maybe "real" ketosis will come to me!!!!! I am gonna be really strict over the weekend, maybe i'll to a 10 g carb challenge

152 protein (OMG!!!!!!)
30 carbs (not good either )

OH NO! I have to do better today! woke up thirsty and feeling sh*ty too

+ i just want to have a real BM... yesterday was bad!

A New Day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok Saturday and Sunday were terrible!!!
As much as I tried for those 5 days to do like Kimmer and many others have done... i could not will so! I can't eat like Stillman's QWLD...
Today I started Scarsdale... hah I know I need t stick to something, so I am going too
I have to be up front about my only tweak though... I have to have half n' half in my coffee and I need 2-4 times a day... I will setlle for less weightloss if that is what that means for me... I am excited though... oh how rediculous... dieting as a hobby!

Today is going well for diet things...

Breakfast was p bread, 1/3 of an apple, and coffee with half n half & Splena

Lunch was 1/2 C lowfat cottage cheese with 1 TB lowfat sourcream, 1/4C strawberries

I still have saved my 6 amonds

about to go to Starbuck's so add a coffee in there!!

1/2 c strawberries with splenda
the pink's normal coffee

Lunch...
near whole can of tuna mixed with a TB of lf sourcream + mustard
1/2 apple

Dinner...
blackened chicken salad + mustard for dressing

maybe some more coffee in there somewhere (ok probably)

I felt weak before lunch today, and that 1/2 apple revived me! what do you know!!

Ok, TOM is coming Pink is losing it (both discipline and surprising pounds)

today I ate root veggie chips and peanutbutter, and a square of dark chocolate... am reminding my self though that it could be a lot worse!!!

mexican chicken salad (spicy chicken, greens, salsa)


not toooooo much damage?

Ok, I am finally zeroing on my diet

*750-1150 calories/day

*0-40 g NC (NC= carb-fiber)/day

*at least five 8oz. glasses of water/day

Ok, officially begins 2-23-07

1 week trial

2/23 Friday
2/24 Saturday
2/25 Sunday
2/26 Monday
2/27 Tuesday
2/28 Wednesday
3/1 Thursday

And then we'll see for March

BLah

I feel I have really been sucking lately... can't stick to anything. But today I started atkins '72. I think I can do better w/ it, because limiting my calories and such has been a real b*t*h. ok

Personal goals:
-drink minimum 65 oz. of water (this is in ADDITION to coffee, soda)
-be careful with veggies (very careful, I serving of lettuce/daily)
-watch the 3-4 oz. serving cheese... 0-2 oz. is probably better
-don't overload with protein or fat, eat what is needed

Ok, I am ready to kick my own a$$ this week...

I am hoping to go from 130 (2-25-07) to 125 by sunday moring 3-4-07,

wish me luck... I'll check everyday!
