day 1 of my journal
Today for breakfast I ate hot wings 11 of them....
half a coke zero, vitamins Lunch:cauliflower bake with ham and mozerella. 16.9 oz. water Dinner: half a cup of salad mix with taco salad hamburger meat with seasoning and cheese...Im at work so I will have to post more later... |

Im fired
Ugh I totally flipped out the past two days I dont even know what happened.. Ya I do I got frustrated that Ive stalled for sooo long that I said screw it Im going to eat what I want and when I want so I went on a 2 day binge...
....my patience is gone...I dont want to give up but come on this is ridiculous...ahh maybe Ill try again tommorow...... |

Back on
Okay today I woke up feeling a bit beefy
..my stomachs all bloated I guess Its time to pay for cheating for 2 days in a row......BREAKFAST: bacon and 3 fried eggs. Ill have to post later on what Im eating since I have to work in a few hrs...... |

same day
Lunch: I was starving so I ate Cauliflower bake...
worked out for 35 minutes.... snack: pumpkin seeds Dinner: hot wings with bleu cheese dressing and a very small coslaw...Im hanging on ...at work and craving sweets... I did have 2 cups of coffee today otherwise I may of given up...A few more days and hopefully these cravings should die down /water/crystal lite/coke zero... I need to drink more water.............. |

another day
Last night at work I started to crave sweets again
So I just made coffee again. Then when I got home It came back so I ended up eating a spoon ful of low carb PB...This morning I woke up starving again usually I am not hungry till around 3 PM but lately I been really hungry my body is probably toxic still from all the bingeing I did .Breakfast: 2 fried eggs,3 pieces sausage,spoonful of l/c p/b... vault zero... |

Tired
Well yesterday as I was leaving for work my car wouldnt start. A few days before I found out there was 2 recalls on it but no one ever notified me...
anyways so I was 45 minutes late to work and the day girl had to wait for me and the guy I was working with also came in late..It looked suspicious since me and him showed up at the same time ...Anyways so my boyfriend called me at 7:45 this morning ..(i usually go to bed at 2 am ,since I work swings) letting me know the tow man is on his way. So I get up and wait ..ya well he showed up at 9:30 Breakfast: 3 fried eggs,4 pieces of sausage ,2 fried tomatoe slices...volt zero...h2o...... |

I am at work. Got my car back
Lunch: hamburger patty with cheese and mayo Snack: pumpkin seeds Dinner: Hot wings h20/coke 0 / green Tea very potent from Japan ![]() |

Okay I forgot to add the p/b
I also ate again I am at work whenever I have to pull a 12 hr. shift I end up eating more..I guess Im bored...I ate another hamburger patty with a small salad and slice of tomatoe and green tea.... still in ketosis..although I dont think the sticks are accurate.. I believe if you consume to much protein it will register dark..... |

Well I didnt not get much sleep when I got home from working so late last night I was wide awake
..and my boyfriend snores all the time anyways I ended up falling asleep about 5:30 am just to be woken up by the phone ringing at 10 am ..I always shut the phone off but I guess I forgot.. So needlless to say Im grumpy...and back at work 8 hrs. later....Im so over having to fill in for people. I mean every week!!Anyways when I get my lipo done on the 9th Im takeing a week off I cannot wait!!! Breakfast: 3 fried eggs, 3 sausages ,crystal lite Snack: protein shake ,crystal lite Lunch: hamburger patty with chedder and side of mayo with small salad...p/b of course.....green tea,crystal lite...... be back later with my dinner entry.... |

Breakfast: 3 fried eggs...4 pieces of bacon,coffee with 3 pks splenda and heavy cream...crystal lite
Lunch: Brisket wich I dipped into bbq sauce ,diet pepsi,crystal liteDinner: brisket same as above,2 cups green tea with 5 pks splenda.... I take vitamins everyday..just forget to post.... even though I had bbq sauce my strip still shows color..... |

Breakfast: scrambled eggs with 2 sausage patties,crystal lite
coke 0,coffee w cream and splenda lunch: 1 low carb waffer, chow mein,coke o Dinner: we went out to Bourbon st. I was starving at this point so we stopped at this bar and I ordered wings...little did I know when I received them they were battered ...now I am home drinking cofee.... |

so long
I decided that I am not going to be doing atkins. I t just doesnt work for me and I think it cost too much and I am just not into eating all this protein....it may be helpful to others but honestly after reading alot of these stories I just feel people are struggling not everyone but alot of people and Ive been on here since summer...I decided to go lean meats,and whole grain with fruits and vegtables....Im tired of being constipated...I remember when I used to eat whatever I wanted and used portion control I stayed at 130..Now I just need to go that route again...
