ok, so i didnt eat dinner last night. Made dh and the little ones taco salad.

This morning I made me some cabbage. So yummy!! I love it!

B-cabbage
l-big ole salad
d-yogurt and strawberries

Yes, my menu is a little backwards but I am not as hungry at night.

You can do this!! I don't know if you're like me, but I can't do the I wanna weigh X by X date. I always screw it up so I'm taking it in strides and it seems to be working.


Is the yogurt that Dannon Low carb thingy or is it yocheese?

I screw anything up as far as this WOE and my weight is concerened. BUT I WILL GET THERE...one day. I just hope this summer doesnt come and go and I am still FAT!!

It is the Dannon yogurt...I love it. I tried yocheese...it was ok but to much work...yes, I am lazy. I like things I can just go in there and grab.

I felt kinda water logged today so I didnt weigh in.
I had a yogurt which i had to share with Connar.
So, I am getting ready to make me some cabbage!!

You know what...you are right...I ate more yesterday because I was STARVING!! And look I got a 1.5 lbs loss!! it had been at most .5lb with my other losses as of late! I had some oatmeal (sugarfree) for breakast as well yesterday.
