Here we go
I am doing the atkins diet i started it on sat and sat night i did bad and ate some stuff i shouldnt have than had a few drinks. Im really gonna put my foot down and try this time yesterday i had 3 chesse sticks and some broughts thay were good today i had a cheese stick and a salad im kinda hungry right now but i know i gotta fight it and not go next door for chips like i usually would. I go the the gym 3 times a week i do 30 min cardio and 30 lifting weights now im gonna start doing the 30 min workout where you are at each machine for 30sec i did it the other day and i kicked my butt lol but i loved every min of it lol well thats all for now i will update later when i get back from the gym.

Hi there...
Just a little word of advice... never ever, never ever, did Dr. Atkins say that you ever had to feel hungry! If you're hungry eat! Do you have the book? I recommend getting it and reading it cover to cover. I just hate to see you suffer when you really don't need to. You can eat as much as you need to as long as you eat the right stuff. He explains that in the book... soon you'll get into ketosis and will rarely be hungry If you're just 'starving' all the time.. you'll cheat ![]() Welcome to the boards!

Well we didnt go to the gym today so im deff gonna go tomarrow and i had a really good dinner i had some smoked sasuage and some green beans so that is really good lol i loved it well thats all for now

To day i had a salad for lunch and some carrots but since thay do have carbs i only had 7 im very proud of myself i feel like i can do it tonight im gonna go shopping and get some veggies and some fat free yogert im gonna go to the gym tonight and weigh in i havnt done that yet i probaly should have lol but im gonna do that tonight than set some goals for myself of what i want to lose

i came home from work and was hungry so i made me some ham and cheese wrapes (wraped the cheese in the ham) with some spicy mustard it was really good and it really hit the spot im off to the gym in a few to work out some and im gonna weigh my self there than set my goal as i said before

I went to the gym today and weighed myself i way 206 i want to get down to 185 which was my weight for years than after i reach that goal i want to get down to 165 when i get there i will set some more minie goals im am really working really hard at doing this i was talking to my hubby and i told him i want to lose weight so i can look good in my wedding dress and so when we go on our cruz he can look at my in my swimsuit and be wow she did work really hard and actually stuck with it this time i cant tell you how many diets i have tried and gave up on ive tried just about everything so i got my fingers crossed that it is going to work this time i have fath in myself that i can do it this time and im not gonna let myself quit i have high blood pressure and i need to get that down also this is my first step to fix me and im gonna do it

I got up this morning about 5:15 went to the gym did 30 min on the tred came home and made some bacon and eggs i feel really energized i think im gonna start doing this more often thats it for now

I HAD THE SAMETHING FOR LUNCH TODAY IT WAS PRITTY GOOD I PLAN ON GOING TO THE GYM TONING BUT MY HUBBYS GRANDPARENTS ARE SOPPOSED TO COME IN EARLY SO IF I DONT GO TONIGHT THAT I WILL GO EARLY IN THE MORNING AGEAN I WILL BE BACK LATER

Last night i didnt go the the gym my hubbys grandparents came in and i was meeting them for the first time that was a blast i love them for dinner i had some chillie and cheese and water im proud of my self the only time i usually eat chillie is with some noodles but i didnt want it and it tased just as good with out all the carbs lol i will update you guys later

OK SO I JUST REALIZED THIS WHEN I WASH MY CLOTHES AND THAY COME OUT OF THE DRYER THAY ARE USUALLY TIGHT ON ME BUT THIS MORNING AND ALL DAY MY PANTS HAVE BEEN TRYING TO FALL OFF I WONDER IF EVEN THOUGH I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS LC FOR 6 DAYS IF I WOULD START TO LOSE INCHES ALREADY

Ok, so i havnt posted any thing in 3 days i had my soon to be hubbys grandparents in i had a blast i had ham balls one night for dinner which has browsugar ham pork and a viniger type sause it was good and the other nights i just had salad and meat it was so hard thay are from Iowa so everynight we had big meals and big breakfast's i did very good there was one point where i grabed a pice of pizza had it like in my mouth getting rdy to bit down on it than i stoped myself and threw it away i was pround of my self we are going to go to the gym tonight and im going to weigh myself b/c it is monday and see where i am i need to get my inches also b/c my pants usually feel thight when i get them out of the dryer and thay have been feeling pritty loose yay me well thats all for now

I have been slacking with going to the gym i havnt been in about a week but i do have some good news i weighed myself today and i am down from 206 to 198 yay which means i have lost 9lbs in 2 weeks yay go me

Ok so i havnt posted anything in a few weeks i have been doing good still i havnt gone to the gym and 2 weeks im gonna start back up today im still losing the weight i love it when i hear ppl say wow your starting to look smaller i have been hearing that alot latley im so proud of my self go me

i havnt been on here in a while i fell off the atkins diet when we were moveing but im going on a cruse in feb and decided to give it another shot. Wish me luck

Today i had 3 chesse sticks some broccili some pork rinds and alot of diet soda i need to start drinking more soda and start going back to the gym just thought i would give and update lol im gonna stay strong this time and succeed
