OK....reality check.....need to lose 13 pounds.
Had DH take my photo and I let it all hang out....and boy did it hang! I taped the photo up where I can see it.5'4 1/2" and weigh 138. Goal: 125 pounds. Day 1: 2/3/07 Fasted...nothing but water, diet tea & decaf coffee all day. Day 2: 2/4/07 - Weight: 135....down 3#.... Plan on fasting one more day....hopefully will drop another couple of pounds. I feel I need to "jumpstart" the weight loss by doing this and I actually feel pretty fantastic when I fast every once in a while. Starting tomorrow, I will add in protein.....but try to stay as close to 0 carbs as possible. Then gradually add in 5 carbs until I reach my goal. Is reaching 125 by the end of the month unrealistic? I have no patience! |

132# - 6# lost over the weekend....pretty much water....but who cares!!!Day 3. Protein only, under 5 carbs for the next 3 days. I am determined. I will do this. If I keep going, I can hit 128 by 2/10, then its 3 more pounds. |

All my hard work....down the tube. Just can't seem to stay on track! What the heck is wrong with me? I am going to write down everything I eat from now on. Started PSMF yesterday (protein sparing modified fast) pretty much zero carbs. Staying on that until I lose 10#....Goal is by April 1st. Going to try to stay off the scale until then...TRY is the operative word here...I'm a scale addict. 3/16/07 Breakfast: egg salad(just a dab of mayo) Lunch & supper were combined: 10 meatballs & egg salad . (this was bad.....need to eat smaller meals instead of a huge one) 3/17/07 Breakfast: 3 meatballs & 4 oz. cheese not sure for lunch & supper |

Stayed OP yesterday. Was hungry all day long. Made deviled eggs to snack on & drank lots of water.
3/18/07 Breakfast: 3 eggs, 1 oz. cheese. Going to try to cut down on the cheese today. Here's to another OP day. Today is #3 of no cheating. 13 days left! I can do this! I can do this! I can do this! I WANT THIS FAT OFF MY BODY! |

Yesterday was OK. I still have problems with eating too much cheese. I finally put the cheese in the freezer so I won't be tempted! Lunch: Taco Salad - lettuce, taco meat, 2 tsp sour cream 2 tsp salsa 2 bites of seafood salad Supper: Egg salad I feel like I may have lost, but I am not getting on the scale until 3/31/07! That is final! Today's plan: Breakfast: Egg Salad Lunch: Atkins Shake Supper: ? I will stay OP today! My goal is 125-127!....I WILL MAKE IT! (wish it wasn't so difficult though!) |

Starting over! If I bite it, I am going to write it...no matter how bad!
That is the only way I can stay accountable! After reading through some journals here, I am inspired and encouraged that I can do this! I just have to believe in myself! Today's weight: 136.5 Measurements: 39-29-37 Today's menu: Breakfast: Quiche: 2 Coffee with coffee mate & splenda 4 Lunch/Dinner: burger pattie 0 lettuce/onion 2 chicken breast 0 lc pizza 2 snack 2 meringues: 2 Total: 12 Walked 1 mile and did some toning exercises. |

Quiche: 2 Supper: LC Crab/mushroom soup: 6 LC pizza: 2 Snack: LC fudge: 5 3 meringues 3 sf gum: 2 TOTAL: 20 walked 1 mile and did 50 crunches, and other toning exercises 4/25/07 UP 1 POUND! WTH? Probably that blowout with the fudge....was just soooooooo hungry....well it's all gone now....and today is a new day....and I am OP...that wasn't exactly off program....but it did something to me. 4/25/07-4/27/07 - MEAT/EGG FAST! BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER WILL BE: Scrambled eggs with italian sausage (not the best, but had to use it up before it spoiled) I have already prepared enough for the next 3 days....so no excuses!!!! |

Time to shake things up!
OK.....this is it. No more fooling around! Gotta get this weight off....it's making me sooooo depressed!
Starting today, 1/27/08, I will have 16 WW points only until I get this weight off. Breakfast: 7 points (SB diet pizza-5, apple-2) Lunch: 2 points (baked chicken breast, gr pepper/onion/mosuhrooms) Snack: Yogurt-2 points. Total so far: 11 points. I CAN & WILL DO THIS!!!!! |
