Aim's "still trying to get to 125" daily journal.
well...I am not going to make my goal of 125 by 1/31/07 as i am 129 and PMS-ing....
so...lets try again. The good news is that i only ate off plan ONE DAY this entire month....I am proud of that... well ...i will decide to continue on....and not limit myself with a date....but in my mind...I am looking for 125 by valentines day.... |

I am 131 today (WTH!)and I had no dinner. I did decrease my thyroid meds a 1/2 grain so maybe that is slowing me down...I don;t think so..I really think It is PMS....I look thin except for the PMS pot belly...I did NOT have that 4 days ago!
Yesterday I ate some nuts, Chicken salad, and had 4 cups of coffee through out the day....I went to bed feeling a tad huingry but I was too tired to eat. Today : I had breakfast today! I had 1 fried egg in coconut oil, 1 piece of bacon and 1/2 a peice of low carb toast. Lunch I have a salad and for a snack I have a handful of nuts. My rings are very tight and I should be starting my TOM any time now...This is the "slow" ovary that always gives me PMS! 2/1/07-131

terrible on sat..I mean..I ATE ICECREAM and Mexican!!!!! .I was 133.5 Sunday I was 129
yesterday...I had wings and some clery and blue cheese. Then I had a bite of cheese cake ![]() Did not weigh today. I will weigh tomorrow. |

okay...131...But i feel better...Ate on plan since Sunday.Yay. I am going back to sugar free treats on Sat. So i will eat on plan all week and then on Sat. have a SF pudding or something SMALL!!!!
Bryan's dad is coming in and apparently he is a BIG CARBOHOLIC....yeah...he is a big man but he eats ALOT...he is like freaking Andre the giant! So...i will have to arm up with low carb foods..NO DOUBT! We are going on a fishing trip on Sat. so i will brink low carb goodies for the cooler...THANK GOD i don't have PMS! today's menu... Breakfst-3 cups of coffee...5 splendas a crap load of heavy cream.....handfull of nuts ....probably about 7 carbs total.... Lunch-Tuna salad and 1 slice of low carb break....I think 7 carbs total. Dinner....I dunno....Fried eggplant maybe? |

Thank you soooo much for popping in! You are welcome in my journal WHENEVER YOU WANT!!!!!!!!! any and all advice is appreciated!!!You are great! I used to do a weekly Sat what ever i want meal....But then it turned in to what ever I want "day"....then a couple of days and so on.. I think i would do good haveing a blow meal one day a month maybe....and sugar free treats on weekends because of my carb addictions ![]() Tell me how and what you are eatrng...and what kinda blow mean do you have/ Is it more like a Bill Phillip's "Body for life" approach? |

My last two free meals have been a burger, fries, and an iced brownie. ![]() Seriously, I was out of CONTROL and am able to use this as a tool to lassoe back in that control and enjoy a meal out with my guys once a week too. ![]() |

well, today was 131 again....I feel so much thinner!!!! But, whatever...My throat is KILLING me again...Feels like strep and I have big time burning in my ears....I will take allegra again....this suck!
I am at work until 9 o'clock for conference night. i feel like shitt! |

Okay...I have decided to have a mini challenge for myself that will end on Sunday.
I am challenging myself to go to as close to zero carbs for Thursday Friday and Sat. Sunday i will weigh myself and see if i lost. I am needed to get into ketosis...ASAP> I will say that I am 132 at the beinning ![]() |

okay...so I went out and got totally BLASTED sat. night and USUALLY i would go to Taco Hell...I did not...I went to brekafast and ate 2 eggs 3 sausage 3 bacon ....no wheat or rye toast...Nothing!
Well...and all i ate all day THAT day was 3 piece of thin cheddar and 2 handful of nuts. well, that Sunday morning...I was 132.5 I "felt" like i would be 128!Flat belly and the whole nine! I will weigh tomorrow and see how i do. |

okay...AGAIN I was 131.5 this morning after a water pill which I am not pleased about taking!!!
6.5 pounds seems like 100~ last night I had a slice of vidalia onion and a few pieces of spinach. Today.... Breakfast-3 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of thin deli american cheese Lunch Spinach salad with onion tomato and bacon with a hot bacon dressing. (low car ketchup was used in this recipe) I hope i don't bloat up. IT is low sodium bacon but i honestly think the potassium in the spinach bloats me... ![]() |

okay!! I ate TOTALLY on plan yesterday but I am definately having a hard time with water retention. I had hot wings last night @ of them with hot sauce and i was up a 1/2 pound to 132. I love to be 128 but wated 125 for a cushion...125-128. I am getting frustrated. I know it would be TOM coming also in 1 week but WHATEVER...i was 127 right before tom in the past! i am getting pissed.
Today: Breakfast- 2 scrambled eggs and 2 sliced of american cheese lunch -salad with onion, olives, artichoke and tomoatos and bacon with oil and vinegar dressing self made dressing. snakc...3-4 wings with NO SAUCE...just meat!! Last edited by aim in Fla*working : 02-22-2007 at 05:53 AM. |
