Hello to all...I'm new here
Ok, where to start, where to start? I miscarried about two weeks ago at almost 6 months.
I have a lot of baby weight to lose. I have until the end of February to lose 40 pounds. That is the bad news. The good news: - I have a gym membership - I have done Atkins successfully before after the birth of my first son so I know what I need to do and can do induction for a month rather easily - my body responds to exercise and diet very fast I have been reading about meat and eggs and have purchased the items to do it. My goal is 20 or more pounds in a month . I've read that someone here (a few people actually) achieved that in 2 weeks, so that's doable...I would appreciate any and all help. Thank you! |

I had a still born at 8 months
hardest thing to ever have to through,was sad and mad 2 years but eating right and coming to these boards will help you a lot Be strong and lets have fun too
