Shirls Starting Over Journal

Hi There,
I am starting over in 07 and I am pumped up in Jan. so far I have lost 7lbs, but now I am starting 2 weeks induction and hoping to get 10 lbs gone in two weeks.

It is bitter cold here in Kansas, like they say colder than a well diggers ars, didn't want to write the right word, but you know what I mean.

Here's what I had yesterday.
B. 2 boiled eggs
L. 1 oz of cheese
D. porkchop and brocolli with mayo on the Broc.
Water Water Water

Today will be
B. 2 boiled eggs
L. porkchop, salad
D. Hamburger and Brocolli again.
water, water, water

I am going to try and get out of Jail today, been Iced in after the big Ice storm. The parking is in the alley and not maintained.

Well, back. I feel lonely that no one has read my Journal and posted in it.
But here goes. I am clean eating. Cutting back to Tuna and chicken mostly and vegies.
My weigh day is Sunday of next week, sure hoping to lose at least 5 lbs.

It is colder than a well diggers arz here in Kansas. I opened the door to let my dog Sammy out and bout froze my !!!!!! off.
Oh well, Hope spring will be a lot better. It has been a deep freeze almost everywhere.
I am enjoying my Sunday,
