Tori's new journal

Had to make a new one cause my old one just makes me plain mad/angry at myself. Sometimes that's a good thing...but this time, it's for real...so here we go....I'm gonna do this!!!

So...restarted on January 18th...weighed in at 161.5
Weighed in the next day at 160.5
Weighed in again at 159....
Now, I know my weight has went up some since this...I didn't weigh today, so I don't know....but I will definately weigh tomorrow....
But TOM is starting tonight...just seen the first signs of it...and that is part of my struggling weight problem this week...my TOM time.
So...going to work out on my elliptical now and then have some sf jello.
Had egg salad for lunch and oatmeal for dinner....but it was that or pancakes...going to get more lc stuff tomorrow.

Well, TOM showed up completely today...weighed in today at 158! Cool beans! My son kept me up ALL NIGHT and I am extremely tired...Eating an egg salad, going to get DD from school and coming home to take a short nap.

Hmm...what did I have yesterday...
Breakfast...I can't remember or I was too busy to have any.
Lunch was egg salad
Dinner, I had oatmeal as there were no other choices around. But hey...was down to 158!
And an after dinner snack...I had one small box of jello..yes, all of it...
I do need to work on drinking my water.

And today so far, I have had egg salad. I am very limited in my food choices right now, so when DH gets paid...I will eat even better.

Okay...kind of had a late lunch....As I am limited on money right now, I have to make the best choices possible....so, for lunch, I had some oatmeal with splenda and cinnamon. Had this yesterday and it actually helped me go poo and I was down today....
For dinner...it will be cabbage and some bacon...yum yum....
Can't wait till we get some more money and I can have me a nice salad!

okay...somewhat worried....weighed in tonight and it says 160....going to eat my box of jello and hope for the best....lol
First day of Tom, so I guess that I should not fret and I should expect fluctuations...

Well, I ended up only having some bacon and then some sfjello...shared that with my son. I weighed in today again at 158...which is not bad for me. Especially on day 2 of TOM.
Anyhoo...I didn't eat much last night cause I was so tired from the night before. DS woke up at 1am and kept me up all morning! So, I didn't have any sleep. But I slept sooo good last night. Feeling way better today! Can't wait for TOM to be over to see the scale start moving down.
Haven't had anything to eat yet today...Will be going to the store soon.

Well, caved and had a lean cuisine meal...but I don't think it will affect me, as I have somehow added something more carby everyday...need to go make my jello and drink me some water. Took some pics tonight...well, actually, DH took them...but here's me at 158...sigh...I need some pics to record my progress...

Well...I feel like being Mrs. Chatterbox and so I will talk about me. I'm completely bored right now. DH is playing with the kids on my son's road rug. They have dug out like 100's of hot wheels....lol
Anyways...I'm so excited cause we are moving in like 36 days to Colorado Springs. We are getting away from Amarillo and my in laws. Sorry honey, if you ever read this. But it's best for our family and our marriage to get out on our own.
Anyhoo...I feel like the days are soooo long lately...maybe it has something to do with it being so cold and snow everywhere....which is fine. Originally from Alaska...so snow's not a problem...just wish it was already 36 days later.

My kids are really excited to be going to Colorado. It's something we have wanted to do as a family for a very long time now. It's just soooo exciting!
We are currently awaiting our income taxes to come in. We are using it for moving and living on...along with other money we have coming from other places. So exciting. I think I have wracked my brain trying to make sure that I don't forget even one little detail. I just hope everything goes according to plan.

I was thinking of working out tonight...that's why I got in my little shorts in the pics above...but I am feeling like I might be getting sick...kinda feel jittery...
I think I need to go to the kitchen now and get me some water. Water is a big part of success for me and I cannot forget that! Yes...time to go get me some water....
well...cya in the morning my little journal bound for success and nothing else!

Tori, you look great. And I was wondering what in the world you were doing in shorts. But now I see. you were going to exercise. I started feeling all gittery last night too until I ate.

I am so excited for you and your family to be moving to Colorado.

Okay...well...I sooo don't have an appetite. So, I didn't have breakfast...but I am starting to get hungry now...so about to have a salad....
Anyhoo...bought me a new Shape mag last night. Very interesting. I'm so addicted to that mag. Well, not sure what is for dinner yet....will post when I do.

twinkerbell!!! Thank you for posting! I don't mind at ALL! I was thinking nobody loved me...lol....or that maybe I have failed so many times, people were like....nah...forget her...lol So, it makes me have some relief that I am not a complete failure yet! lol!

I'm still not sure what I am having for dinner. Going to Walmart after I pick up Justin(DH) from work. We have to go up there and pick up an extra picture we had in our family portraits. Decided last minute to order it and I have had heck to pay for it...It has been ordered twice now...already paid for...was suppose to be in on the 24th...so went up there to pick it up at lunch today and they said it wasn't there yet...then they call me back around 3pm and say...ooops..it was here...sorry about that... AAARRGGH! Maybe it's just that one studio...but man....they have tested my nerves with all the mistakes! Well, after I pick that up...we will pick up some groceries. Poor Justin....he's somewhat bummed I am eating healthy again...so I will make him something he likes and try to work around it....If not, I will just get my own thing.

Oh Twinkerbell....I love Fitness mag too! You should check that one out...They are both GREAT!! I love getting both of them!!!
Well, it's Friday...Can't cheat...Don't wanna cheat...Please scale...be down for me tomorrow...I know I'm on Tom...but I am ecstatic about seeing below 158 again!

I will check out Fitness mag...I also subscribe to women's health! I know. I really don't have the time to read them all...but one of my new year's resolutions is to make time for myself no matter what, and so far that has been really challenging!
But I promised myself I will read the healthy mags that enrich me!

Well, still weighing in at 158. I had a turkey sandwich...that may have stalled me...but it's better than alot of the stuff I could have had.

FINALLY!!! 156!!!!!

The scale has finally went down two lbs! I hope that this is a sign that the scale is going to continue moving!!! Okay...so I don't have a bunch of time right now...but I will get back on later and post! WOOHOO!! I'm soooo happy!

Hello my lovely little journal!!! Well...I am determined to keep losing. I lost really fast when I drank water and that is my goal...to drink a gallon a day...
Been drinking some today...peeing alot. Even though I was down to 156 today, I still felt kinda bloated from Tom completely ending...soooooooo hopefully drinking this water will push all that outta me!

Anyhoo...besides peeing alot...I am doing good. I would love to get to 148 by Superbowl weekend. Sounds impossible...but I can do it....not going to any extremes or anything. I lose really fast when I am determined and eat RIGHT without any slipups...So....that is MY GOAL!

Skinny picture time!!!

okay...for motivation....Here is me at 132. Yes...I have done Atkins before. I lost 17 lbs in 3 weeks and 20 in 4 weeks. Decided to quit smoking...which led to me cheating and regaining everything and then some....and broke on the quitting smoking....SIGH....
But for motivation to myself...I decided to post some pics...Some are older for when I "use" to drink...but I no longer do....But I was skinnier in these...so here they are! 24 lbs lighter than I am currently...SIGH!!!
