My Journal

Thought this sounded like a wonderful idea so here I am. 1/23/07 Been back on induction for 2 weeks and 2 days and have lost 5 lbs. Getting discourged because the ketosis strips only turned color one time and since then have been negative. Havent lost any thing in 5 days. I think I found that the sugar free candy I was sneaking one of may be the factor. Needless to say I froze then today..... The scale was up 2 pounds this morning and my hands are swelled so I assume water. I walked 5 miles yesterday and did my Pilates for dummies video this morning!

So far today I have had coffee and a Ham & Cheese omlet. 8 glasses of water!

Measured my self today thought since I wasnt losing pounds maybe inches like everyone talks about so heres todays
1/23/07 Bust 37" Waist 36" Hips 39" Thighs 23"

Edited Tried Ketosis stick again and got a moderate reading!!! Woo Hoo Must have been those sugar free candies!!!!!

2nd Day!

Second Day of journal! Well very disappointed today! I gained 2 1/2 pounds.... I know its water because my ring is tight but it still is very dishearting. I am still in Ketosis I check this moring nice purple in moderate range. Stayed on track all last night. Havent had anything but coffee and water today. Thinking about making a ham and cheese omlet.
I dont know much information about water pills but I have been having this swollen ring thing for about 5 days. I have a Drs appointment Tommorow morning and Im going to ask about it!
Planning on walking tonight... I cant wait its like a mini girls night everytime we walk and talk and the time and laps fly by!!!!

Well went to the Drs today and he says I have no medical concern water weight gain. So I went and got over the counter water pills and took one today and I guess we will see.....
Only up 2 lbs today. I know it cant be from anything else Im eating right and I walked 5 miles yesterday. Started with get fit yesterday and It seems to be a cool program...
Today I have eaten a can of tuna with mayo wrapped in lettuce. Not sure what I am doing for dinner.
If anyone is reading this journal feel free to post!!!

Well I feel a little better about my weight today. I am back down to the orginal weight. Bummed that I haven't lost more weight. But I know Im doing everything right so it will soon come... I walked 5 miles yesterday!

Well I was down 2 more pounds over the weekend! I was really happy about that.... I didnt journal over the weekend or fill out fit day... Weekends are hard cause everyones home and I dont feel I have alot of time! I did real well over the weekend as far as eating but I didnt excerise. I went out for a girls night and danced so I guess I can count that! Walking tonight gonna try for 5 miles again!!! WOo Hoo

Pretty impressed with the inches lost, Makes me feel better about the scale not going down that fast!!!!
I walked 6 miles yesterday and am going to try a new workout video today!

I have a sore throat today and took some meds I hope that doesnt mess up anything!!!!!

Well did really well today! Walked 5 miles by myself since no one was able to walk tonight! Im down another 1/2 lb which is awesome!!! I checked for ketosis tonight and I am in the moderate range! My sore throat is better but I think is a sinus problem!!!
