Tannie's 100lbs Loss for 2007
to my food journal Anyz, my goal is to loose 100lbs this year. I lost 114lbs in 2006, so I know I can do it. I'm starting back at the gym in the morning 1-13-07 at 7am after my weigh in. I have a free gym open 24-7 along with free trainers, so what's my excuse I'm just coming off a 3-5 m/e fast. Some days it was tough, but I made it thru. I haven't been very hungry today, but this is what I've eaten thus far. B: decaff coffee grape flavored water L: chix salad (will have) s: pork rinds D:

Friday 1-12 D: Protein Shake
