Thank you all, and I have not forgotten any of you. My migraine seemed to linger forever. I was miserable all weekend, and now my back is hurting. I can't win for losing.
Ok, enough about me.

Hannah did great during her test ... the noise was horrible for me, but she and her daddy got headphones. She got to watch a Dora movie somehow .... there was a mirror reflecting off a screen. They were all so proud of her, as were we. She had a wonderful trip to the Varsity afterwards. We should get the results sometime between Wednesday - Friday. I don't anticipate them finding anything though.

Well ... I am taking my whiny butt self to bed. I have real selfish today,and I am just worn out. I have to find something inside of me and rejuvenate .... or I am going to crash.

I had to get up last night and send a message to someone for someone else. The only way I can reach them is via myspace. Good grief, my computer just won't load pages from myspace. Apparently my account was hacked, and while I was there, I realized it was Krysta's b-day. I tried to go to her page and send a message, but the page would not load. So I went back to bed.

Things have got to mellow out around here ... it's crazy. We have to get Hannah's meds regulated and then get me on some looney pills or something ... sigh.

We have a big weekend ahead and Hannah is really looking forward to it. It Shriner's weekend in Rome, so she will get to see many of her friends and the clowns .. they always make her feel better.

I am trying to come up with some healthy side dishes to take to the hospitality room for Saturday.

Weight is up to 220, but fluctuates daily as always. Eating is good, but apparently not good enough to reach my 50lb mark. LOL, once I get there ... it's off to the next 50. I think I will either do ten 5 lb goals, or 5 - 10lb goals.

I miss my routine in life. I need to incorporate everything into our lives and establish a new routine ... but nothing ever happens on time or appropriately either.

We are losing another co-worker at my office. Randy is still being teased with the first shift. The person they hired ... didn't show up ... things are just so frustrating.

Looks like you will have a fun weekend. Hopefully it can take your mind off everything for a little while. How about check out our recipe thread we started a while back. I know that one of my friends just added a slaw on there. Maybe you'll get some ideas. If it is something hot you want, try Linda Sue's Mockafoni and Cheese. It's always a winner around here!

I am proud of you for sticking to your plan and maintaining your weight. Don't be so hard on yourself about it. You should be in far worse shape with all you have had to face over the last couple of months. You should give yourself a pat on your back for not throwing everything to the wind and waiting until later to start back up. Things will continue to get better. I just know it. Try not to worry about everything all at once. Start out with just making one change at a time. Before you know it you'll be back to normalcy.

Hey Candy, I hear you with the wanting your schedule back to normal. With Will coming home within the month, we are going to have to develop a whole new schedule, too, and until then, my life is a little stressful. Great work maintaining your weight, too. Hello dear friends. Whew ! I thought the week could not have gotten any worse ...

The doctor called and said the MRI was NORMAL (Praising my Lord). The next step is to run a battery of blood tests. The faxed me an order to take to the local hospital here. I didn't go immediately, as I wanted to research the tests (they all blew my mind).

Later that night, Hannah spiked a 101 fever and had a sore throat, then threw up the next morning. Long story, short version .... we wound up at the Pediatric Immediate Care to learn that she has strep throat !! We (not her) opted for the intra-muscular shot as opposed to a 7 day antibiotic regime. Last night she was feeling a bit better.

The GI doc wants her to wait a week now before having the other bloodwork done. He also wants her to remain on the meds until we get bloodwork results.

So, that's been the rest of my week in a nutshell.

Things are work are still crazier than ever. At the first of the week, Randy was assured he would be on first shift in 2 weeks. Yeah, right .... that made it two days ... until the latest person quit. The cycle never ends ...... but then again, would it be normal for us if it ended ?

We have a few folks coming in today for the Shriner weekend, and the rest will be here tommorrow. There is the Shrine football game on Saturday night after both parades. We don't normally attend, but many of our dignitaries and local dignitaries are present. The two teams playing in the game have had a bad week. They have been literally fighting. 1/2 of one team was arrested and charged with gang activity, etc. Now, in retaliation, one of the gang members has threatened a drive by shooting at the Shrine game. Geeze ......

Well, I want to stop by journals ... but, I don't want to just stop by .. I want to catch up, so I won't make it there today .. but know I love you all !!

thats crazy stuff I am reading about the fighting.. BE CAREFUL at the game..geesh.. I don't think I would go.. and I would NOT take Hannah if any way possible.. ..

Great to have you check in. I have been wondering about her test. Thank the Lord it was normal. I know you must have been holding your breath all week. Hopefully your weekend will be cheerful. We did NOT attend the game, we stayed at the hotel. I did not hear of any problems at the game. Hannah's throat still hurts a bit. I am exhausted.

Hannah is out of school this week, and Randy is on vacation ... I must work. I am hoping to get a 1/2 day off sometime this week and take Hannah to Build a Bear at the mall.
The Fair starts this week. I have to work our booth at the Chamber of Commerce Expo on Thursday night ............ I just wanna slow down !!

You REALLY need to......the word is NO to those who want you to participate. You're so sweet that I imagine that is a hard word for you. You have got to have some downtime Candy! For you and for Hannah. You guys have been going for months! I am worried about you. People will understand. Take the time! Love and Prayers!

Well guys, no choice but down time. I have been in the bed for 3 straight days. My back has given out on me. Randy took Hannah Friday morning for the bloodwork, so we hope to get the results next week. I just pray I can make it until after that before I call the doctor. I have put on 10lbs of water weight this week alone !!! I am losing my mind ..... I can't sit here long, but wanted to check in and tell you all how much I miss you. Keep praying !!!

Hey friends
I miss you all so much. I went back to work, but I should not have .... no choice - we need the insurance and the money LOL.
Hannah seems OK for now ... the paleness and the dark circles are eating at my soul. Hopefully we will get the results before the end of the week. Thank you all so much for your continued love and suuport. I think I have about 4-5 lbs of the fluid gone just from going to work and "moving" around. If I walk it's not too bad, no pain when lying down ... but when I sit .... UGH !!
