I have been out of town for the past week, just got back in today... still have so much to do to catch up with everything.... But, its so good to be back home....

Thank you dear. I believe she has the abdominal migraines. I had NO idea about the sweating. I will check this article out. I had asked the pharmacist early on about the benefits of antihistamine in prevent migraines ... oddly enough he had no idea why they would presribe that. After some further reading on the drug, I have found that it reduces serotonin levels as well as histamines. I will have to read more about the sweating. She has always gotten very hot on top of her head when she was sleepy, and sweat a bit in her sleep, but never this cold sweat that to me resembles a fever breaking. It's so weird. Thanks again for the article and I will certainly check it out.

Beth, thank you. At least I know I can maintain, but it doesn't help me getting down about not losing. I just can't stress over it any longer. At least not now. I agree about wishing it would get cold. Definately want to stop this water retention. I know I was losing like crazy when I was eating Taco Soup, so cold weather can't come soon enough. I could eat that stuff every day .... except when it's 200 degress outside.

Well, friends .... I will share today's stress ..... (I wish for once, I could come share something positive, but I can't. I do miss venting in my journal, and if nothing else that is what I intend to do. I guess in some strange way, it provides some small release.)

Ok, for starters they released the video from the crash at the
PARADE. My friend is the one in the little yellow car. After seeing this, I just can't see how it was his fault at all.

Additionally it has been pretty sad around town, we had someone go on a shooting rampage on Sunday night .... NEWS. Scroll down the page and see several articles on this. He fired over 200 rounds, killing one man and injuring a lady and a dog. There were children in the area who saw this, as well as the child of the injured woman (who was not there when it happened). It is somber and very scary.

So, now for the day, we have been on Miralax with Hannah for 2 days and still no significant bathroom trips .... it is such a roller coaster for her and all of us.

Again, no contact with my aunt or cousin .... I think I have decided I can't worry about them any longer. I have placed phone call after phone call, and I can't make them call me back.

Randy's employer has had more changes, and his schedule is erratic and the move to first shift is back up in the air. The cycle never ends.

Today, I attended the funeral of a co-workers funeral. Oddly, I found some comfort and a bit of peace during the service as I listened to "Holy Ground" being sang. I was blessed.

Wow Candy! That video was horrible! I am glad that he wasn't charged for that accident. I feel for the people that were hurt though.

I didn't hear about the shooting! So scary!

Wonder why Hannah is still dealing with the constipation???? I thought the doctors had given her something to help her. Poor Hannah. I will pray for her tonight.

Girl, you just love people so much it causes you to take on everyones sorrows. Let God handle it all. Don't worry yourself so much. He has it all under control.

Thanks Beth. I am not so sure the man in the red dune buggy was not at a fault. To me, he appeared to be headed straight for the crowd. My friend was in the small yellow car, and he is getting blamed. It's really sad .....

Anywhoo, they think that Hannah has IBS, which is going to run bouts of constipation. The problem that I see is getting her regulated. When she does get constipated, we spend days trying to get her to go, then it's like a floodgate when she goes so we have to back off the medicine. It drives us all crazy.

Thanks Monet. Ya know, after hearing the song and thinking that I am a child of God, my life is in His hands .... I guess I was thinking things might have looked up a bit yestersday. So, I will share one of MANY of yesterday's struggles.

Well, guess what ...... they didn't. When Randy picked Hannah up at school, the teacher was carrying her to the car. She has just fell in the bathroom and hit her head/face. Randy thought she hit the floor. But, after looking at the marks on her face it appears she hit the edge of the door, she has a bruce from the top of her forehead down to below her nose. So, thank goodness she didn't hit her eye or nose, nor did the skin break. I was worried because I wan't sure there was going to be a goose egg, but a small one started to emerge last night. I fear she will have a black eye this morning. She had a rough time going to sleep because she kept rolling on to the side that hurt. We also realized she must have landed on her shoulder some how because she was in pain there as well. So, I am nervous about her face /eye this morning.

So, I was thinking all night ...... why ?? why ?? why ?? am I being punished ?? Am I just a horrible person ?? What can I do to get off the bad list ...........

Then, I got this email this morning .......

poor little Hannah..

did you see the picture of Beths lil girl.. all bruised up.. sniff sniff.. it will be OK though..

I got your emails.. but haven't read them yet.. been on and off here all day but haven't read any emails..

I am going to tell you.. like I tell my friend Beth when she asks those same questions.. WHY is this happening to ME?................ hers is because her two step kids are causing lots of problems.. drinking.. drugs.. bad mouthing ext.. Beth has raised these kids since they were 4.. they are twins 17 one boy.. one girl.. Beth also has 2 of her own.. 16 and 18.. and her two don't do these things.. Beth keeps blaming herself.... asking what she has done.. why do they disrespect her the way they do.. she feels she has failed as their mother.. and I tell her... THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOU !!

I wont get into all of their problems.. but Beth is about to loose it I tell you.. its almost like everything that's happening to you.. or someone you know.. someone is getting hurt.. dieing.. or very ill .. but its not YOU that is causing it.. It NOT you that someone is picking on..

we all go through life with trials and tribulations.. and these things make us learn and make us stronger.. so the next time we may be in a similar situation, we can handle them better.. or for reasons we wont know until God himself tells us..

all we can do is hold our head up high.. and fix what we can and except what we cant fix.. put it all in Gods hands and he will take care of it.. it may not be in the way we want.. or the amount of time we want.. but he knows whats best and will make things happen for that reason..

so remember that my dear friend.. YOU just keep being YOU and just be there for those who do need you a little more then normal.. and let God do his magic.. or let God take them home with him where they will be well again and you WILL see them again all healthy..

This BM thing with your Hannah.. he will take care of that.. Trust it ! Trust him !!...

OK enough of what sounds like preaching.. sorry.. but I love yaaaa.. BUNCHES..

It's these times we really have to get our Bible out and counteract those thoughts. God always brings good out of everything bad that happens. There is a reason you are facing all these trials and it is not because God doesn't love you, you've been bad, or He is punishing you. Some times we are just flat out attacked. Your faith is strong (and will be even stronger after these trials are though) so give Him all the glory in the midst of turmoil!
