Candy~Bella and I are in the Team '72 challenge together. Her loss is amazing, but not typical of the rest of us. Also, she ate VERY low calorie, and actually did more of a Kimkins diet, which is also low fat, so not truly Atkins 72. She was hungry a lot of the time, but as she said, did not cheat. Personally, I would not recommend losing it the way she did. Fastest isn't always bestest, in my opinion.

Beth, of course Randy thinks I am smaller all over. He makes me post the pics when I think I can't tell a difference.

I think everything but the boobs and stomach/love handles are smaller. I just can’t lose anything there. I am so out of proportion now. At least when I was fatter it was proportionate.

Thank you Sue. I thought that Bella’s lost was incredible. So, I wonder if she will gain when/if she ever adds things back in. I know I could never lose on a strict plan and survive. Thanks for reminding me of that.

So proud of you for being almost half way to goal

I have to be reminded all the time to stick with what I'm doing and not go to something like the Kimkins Boot Camp (sorry, don't want to offend anyone that does that) or anything else that might set me off course. I have just learned over the years of LCing that if I try one of those things, I end of going off plan, and it takes me a LONG time to get back on.

I just couldn't do something like Kimkins for life. I am glad there is Atkins instead! Hope you had a productive day today at work! I will miss you while I am gone. I will have a lot of reading to do when I get home. DH said that unless the house we are doing to has wireless connections then we won't be able to get online. We will see. Gotta get back to packing...just taking a break and checking in. See ya.

Hi ya skinny!

I'm beat. I was at the river all afternoon with my wife. This may be the last time that we can get to the river before schools out. I caught a 2 pound channel cat. At least I wasn't at work!

Right now, I'm in need of a back rub and a nap...an all night nap!

Weighing in at 223 again

. My body loves this weight.

Randy has way too much overtime this week already. Great for the checkbook, not good for him physically. He only slept 2 hours yesterday. So Hannah staying here during the day is no longer feasible. Her grandparents are coming to get her this morning. I guess we will go to AL to visit her.

As much as they annoy me, I do with they lived closer. I also wish I trusted more people with Hannah.

Off to the shower. If I missed checking in on you this morning, no worries, I'll try to log on at the office.

I hear ya on the grandparents thing - Wade's parents live 3.5 hours away - although they are truly annoying in every sense of the word, I do wish they were closer... it's so sad to see them go and having to say good bye to their grandson - seeing them only 2-3 times a year.. sucky.

So is Randy doing Atkins too? I think he is, but I can't remember...

You'll crack the 220's soon enough hun and get into the 2-teens
