You look great! I'm about the same weight as you but you look much slimmer. How tall are you if you don't mind me asking? I'm not quite 5'5". (No way I'll show the bottom half for a while yet.) I finally got my photo posted so you can see who you are talking to. It was taken about a month ago so I've lost a few pounds since then.

I am not quite 5'5" either. Trust me from the shoulders down I am wide and broad. I swear I have lost all 40lbs from the shoulders up. You too have lost 40lbs and should be proud. I am very glad to see your pic.

Yeah, I realized that we posted at the same time. I subscribed to yours, but since you have NOT been posting, I was trying to scroll through the pages to find it. So, you must post more ....

I may regret this, but I hope not. I have not been exercising like I should because of my back. I am the Queen of some major flab these days. I have been losing consistently without exercising lately ... but I feel compelled to do something because I don't want loose skin. I am not sure it will help but I must try. I am scared of retaining .......

SO, I am off to gazelle and then to bed. Talk to you all in the morning.
