No, they are panties with support. Not tight. They just support you all around. They are the best panties I have found. There are some made by them that have a front panel on them that are thicker in that area. But these are thin all the way around and you won't believe how good they feel. When I started wearing them I think I was wearing the XL. Now I am wearing the SM.

Do they have them larger than XL ??
Ok, Randy cooked him some sausage and eggs. I had eaten a flax muffin for breakfast, but that was hours ago. I had a few of the RR's (muffin cup size) left over, so I made sausage biscuits w/mustard. WOW !!! Yummy !!! |

Candy,
You won't need any bigger. They are the BEST! Very thin and huggy. LOVE these. You can't beat the price...and honestly, they are the only panties I have. |

And, I agree .... I thought surely Stud would show. ![]() Well, Gordon wasn't the only one that hit the wall yesterday. Two laps into Todd's hot lap (5 lap practice) session, the brake rotor flew off the car and the axle tube broke. So, he came in on a hook. We left at midnight and they had not even had the main race yet. ![]() With the drought, the track was extremely dry and dusty. We were filthy, and it's not normally that bad. Additionally, there were more cars there than I had ever seen before. We were not able to park trackside, we were down in a field quite a piece from the track. So, it was up and down a steep hill all night. The last time up, I carried Hannah. My back is certainly paying for it this morning. Even though we didn't see Todd race, we paid some good money for some quality exercise. ![]() Still 224 on the scales this morning. I had planned to eat supper before going to the track, but I got a phone call that we needed to leave earlier than planned because it was so crowded. Hannah and I were already ready, so we just left then. I had cashews at the track. ![]() Today will be interesting at work, it always is. None of my customers are open today .... ![]() |

Candy~I know nothing about racing. Cashews are my favorite nut, but I just can't eat them because I have no control. Hope today goes well at work...sorry you have to work, but have a great day.

Try the microwave One Minute Muffin
Take a large coffee cup and melt 1 or 2 tbls butter or CO in microwave about 15-20 seconds. Add 1/4 c flaxmeal and mix well. Add 1 egg, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1 pkt Splenda or other sweetener (I use sf hazelnut syrup) to taste. Nuke this for approximately 1 min (my microwave takes 45 seconds). It still should look a tiny bit wet not dry. Remove from coffee cup and have with butter or cream cheese. I love this recipe as I am a big eater and can easily overeat if I make a whole batch of muffins. I also change the taste up by adding vanilla extract, different syrup, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, etc. I have also make savory ones by adding cheddar or parmesan cheese, only a pinch of Splenda and spices such as garlic or onion powder. One more hint, clean your coffee mug out right away as the leftover flax in the mug can harden up pretty well. My skinny 13 yr old loves these and eats them all the time!

Thanks Lisa, I have seen that recipe before but have never made it. I love the baked ones so well, I usually try to keep a good supply. I love the 3 min choc. cake too, but I have to save some carbs when I make it. It is delish.

It sucks but when I make a batch of muffins my son & I eat them up in a day or too! Portion control is my big problem.
![]() ![]() I fight it all the time-that's what I like about Atkins, I have more choices to fill me up. Definitely am a chocoholic! |

Yes, I love the options available on Atkins. That's what makes this so do-able. I have never eaten more than one muffin at a time, no more than 2 in one day. They fill me up and keep me full for a while.

I can keep it to one a day with the One Minute ones but the baked ones turn me into a muffinaholic! (like I need another aholic tag to my name!)

Good morning Candy! It is so much fun to read your adventures! I can't believe you had to work today. But at least you have LCF! They have those panties in I think 2x & 3x. My mom wears the 2x ones and I think she weighs more than you. I would just buy one of each and see what you like the best. Those muffins look good and they are right down my alley with time restraints. I will have to try them! Have a great day!

I just made the microwave flax muffins. They were so good. I split the first one with DH and then had to go make another. I did the splenda and a splash of DS vanilla. Then I sprinkled cinnamon and splenda on top with butter. The second one I dipped it in SF maple syrup! It tasted like french toast. I counted .6 for the egg, 1 for the splenda. I am not counting the flax seed and butter is 0. So, 1.6 for each muffin. Does cinnamon have carbs? My syrup is 0. Good food choice! New found breakfast/snack!

Aren't these great! They travel well too-make mine b4 work to eat there. f you leave out the Splenda and use all syrup or Sweetzfree the carb count drops to .6!
