We have decided on the condo we want for vacation, it is within the budget and available. Of course we spent $300 of the budget last weekend. So, I just need to make some extra sales at work and get my butt in gear.

Call it a woosh if you want, but I think it's from the wicked stomach cramps and several visits to the potty overnight.

But the only date I truly count pounds (up or down) is on Thursday's, so I gotta take it.

. I hope it's not the wicked stomach virus, but I am thinking it is. I can't quit sweating either.

Congrats on the 4 pound loss this week! That is amazing! You are queen of the numbers girl! I see that you have passed me on losses! I had better get busy! A girl told me this the other day...thought I would share: Do you realize that 40 pounds equals 160 sticks of butter! That's neat huh? I realized last night that my son weighs 36 pds. and he is heavy! I can't believe that I was carrying that much weight on my just a few months ago!

Sorry you are feeling bad.

Get some rest and let your body catch up. Make sure you drink lots of water.(This is the mama coming out of me) Have a good day otherwise.

Funny you mention the potty thing... I've actually had "issues" this week with going waaaay too much and (as with everything I'm having issues with this week) I'm wondering if the poor air quality is having an effect on my whole system... either that or is the meds I'm taking causing issues...

But, unlike you, mine didn't cause a loss... just made me more dehydrated (and retaining water)

...

Good numbers though... what's that line in the movie, "The Devil Wears Prada"... "...I'm just a stomach virus away from my goal weight..."

There is a virus going around from what I understand. I don't know what it is. But, it ain't pretty.
