The trip was not that great. The hotel was a dump, so I am glad we went to check it out. I was so depressed when we got there, etc. that I didn't eat very well on Saturday. But, the foods was great !!!! I am up 3lbs, but with travel, I am not suprised. I have to get back in the zone and I am depressed that I went off plan, there was NO need to. Please don't tel me it's ok, but I will never be OK with it. BUT I just have to presss on. Today is a horrible day at work, etc. We had a close friend die over the weekend with a heart attack. One of our directors here at the paper is leaving, and I am upset. Another friend's ex (and her 2 yr old's father) hung himself over the weekend, and his family is blaming my friend ........ she broke up with him because of his "issues", they have made thereats to her, etc. So, it's one thing after another. I almost hit a dog this morning, and wet my pants, had to go home and change ..................... blah blah blah. I will spare you all the rest. So, just popping in. I will try to get back online this evening, but I have a lot to do laundry-wise, etc. And it really depends on my mood.

I'm so sorry today is been so horrible. I have to say that you had me in tears until you said you almost hit a dog and wet your pants. I laughed way to hard on that one....please forgive me! It seems like when it rains it pours. At least tomorrow can't be as bad as today!

I just got a call from a friend who lives in your area. They said that they found this animal on the side of the road. Are you sure it wasn't a cat that you almost hit????
