Faux peanut butter pie -- 1 individual container of Kroger CarbMaster vanilla yogurt, 1 tsp - 1tbsp p'nut butter, dash cinnamon. Mix together and enjoy.

Tippy Toes - what is the carb count in this recipe (per bun) ?
I definitely DITTO your comments on the RR bun.
and thanks for the p/butter pie recipe

OMG, I am just blown away ........... I just had to share this email I just got from our Business Office Mgr.

Quote:
I don't want to offend you, but I can tell you are losing a lot of weight and heard you mention that you didn't want to buy anything, so, I was wondering how you felt about hand me downs. I have several pair of size 14 pants to pass along if you want them. We exchange clothes in here all the time.
Quote:
You certainly could NEVER offend me. I am amazed by your compliment that you THINK I could wear a size 14. I am on the prowl for some 18's (I think) for now. I will take any and ALL hand me downs. I wish I could share my bigger clothes, but they were hand me downs too.
Quote:
Yeah, and you are like 1/2 my size
Quote:
I am going to bring them to you, I think it won't be long before you can wear them. They are cropped and are made out of that material that has stretch in it…….I wore them last year. The label says dry clean only, but I wash them.
Quote:
The more I wear these pants, the bigger they get. I think it has something to do with not having them dry cleaned.
I think before the summer is over you can wear them

Such a great feeling.

AND the RR's are VERY filling. I had the double cheeseburger for dinner. Wish I had lettuce, maters, onions, etc. BUT didn't think of any of that when I made the grocery list.

I am stuffed, and haven't had many carbs. I feel like I should be eating more.

Morning all. Sorry I was MIA last night. Got busy and Hannah asked me to lie down with her ..... the rest was history til this morning. And I still feel very tired.

I knew the scale # yesterday was a "fluke". Today the magic # was 226 (which is still down from last week's weigh-in). You see this is why I can only count my #'s on Thursday's only for weigh-in. It is so amazing how much it fluctuates. But I did SEE 222, so I can "taste" it.

Today will be a bittersweet day for me. Hannah has her pre-K graduation. I am sure this will be an emotional time. While I am so proud of her, I don't want her to grow up this fast.

I am stuggling with motivation at work. You think the fact that we are broke would do it. But, it's just not clicking. I have got to get myself in the zone at work, or else. Therefore, I am going to TRY not to get online in the office. In fact, I should not even be IN the office. I have gotten out of the habit of calling on people personally, and my sales have suffered. But geeze, gas prices are ridiculous and we don't get much reimbrusement. Ok, enough whining about that. Something has to change, and I am the ONLY one who can change it. I have NEVER been this way before, and I have always taken pride in my job. So, pray for me here.

Also, I think I am getting my Randy BACK. They have asked him to come back to 1st shift. He has not answered them (doesn't want to sound too agreeable) nor does he know WHEN, but we pray it's soon. He will work M-Th from 6AM-3PM and Fri from 10AM-6PM (which could turn into some overtime). So the only thing we give up then is Friday night events. Which is a PLUS considering what we are sacrificing now.

Problem is, that leaves Hannah with no where to stay during the summer. I hate to send her to Granny's more than 2 days at a time. Praying for a solution to this as well.

Well, I am heading to finish reading some journals, etc. Hope everyone has a great day today. If I don't get to you, I will find you tonight.

Good morning! Praying for sales, sales, sales! You need to go see all these people that you haven't seen in a long time! Think of all the compliments that you are going to receive! There's your motivation!

I was reading a thread on yogurt this morning. I saw where Fawn had suggested to someone to add flax seed to their peanutbutter/yogurt blend. She said that it would slow down the absorbtion of the peanut butter and give you extra fiber. Just thought I would let you know since I know how you love your flax "peanut butter pie".

I know what you mean. This is a hard time for me as my oldest child, the dearest daughter a mom can have, is graduating and going off to college. It's going to be a huge change for me without her here. We are so close, she is such a ditto of me, and I feel like part of me will be leaving. Congratulations to your Hannah on her pre-K graduation. I remember DD's.

I have a question

Rolls

In the whites add 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tarter (optional) plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Whip on high for 2 to 3 min until whites are stiff and form peeks.

To the yolks add seasonings of choice (I use Italian) plus 2 packs of Splenda and 1.5 tablespoons of full fat mayo. 3 oz of cream cheese will work too in place of mayo. Whip on high for 1 min.

Gently fold the yolks into the whites with a rubber spatula or spoon. Very gently so as not to break the whites down...

Use Reynolds non stick foil or grease two cookie sheets and drop with large spoon into 6 rolls per sheet. Do not flatten but you can sort of shape them if you want. Recipe says add spoonfuls to top till batter is gone.

Bake at 300 (preheated) for one hour. Cool completly, then put in ziplock in fridge. Although they come out crispy, the fridge will change the texture into a softer bread.

how many eggs?

I have been looking through your thread and am lost help
