Cool. I am thinking I will feel the same way. Gonna have to research the RR thread again, now that I have mastered the main ingredient.

.Ok, it is 4:14 and I just realized I am just not eating for the first time today. Made those RR's, and then started cooking wings. It took 3 batches @ 45 minutes each to complete them. I am starving and have a headache ... imagine that. Wings do not satisfy a ravenous hunger. Think I will I have some faux p'butter pie early tonight. |

the scales this morning totally shocked me. I am sure it's just a fluke. I didn't eat much at all yesterday. My own stupidity. When I realized it, I had a horrible headache and ate and ate, but nothing of much substance or carbs - not a good thing. I had been drinking liquids all day. But, someone did mention to me that the headache could be a by-product of dehydration. I really didn't give it much thought until I stepped on the scales this morning and they said 222. (that's 5 lbs overnite).Last edited by Edwards20 : 05-14-2007 at 05:44 AM. |

Oh, Lisa, I will say a prayer... That's terrible.
Candy, I use each bun as a half. Considering if you used mayo, cream cheese or whatever, the carb count is roughly just eggs if the onther ingriendient has none. So, the entire batch of 6 would have 3 carbs. No, it isn't exactly bread but just wait till you have a burger! That is exactly what we are having tonight as well! |

Candy~I make the RR all the time. They just get better with practice. I count each roll as .5 carb also.
What a whoosh you had last night. ![]() I've never had more than a 1.5 pound loss, and that may be the first day of a re-start. I'm green with envy.![]() |

Lisa, I am so glad they did not have to do surgery. I am also sorry that I didn't see your post until afterwards.
![]() I will be modifying the carb count on my fitday, cause I guess at 2 per bun (I think). Dixie, if I can make them .... ANYONE can. I noticed that T-man uses a muffin top pan. I am thinking about this. Hopefully we will have the burgers tonight. I have been thinking about this. I thought the FLUKE on the scale was because of dehydration. BUT always in the past when I was dehydrated, I would have leg cramps. I did not have them, and I think I drank plenty. ![]() I do know that it will probably go up as the week goes on, but it was such a joy to see it. ![]() |

Candy - I have never posted to you before but I try to read many posts daily and yours is always one of my favorite "must reads".
DH and I love trying out new foods (he's a chef) and we have decided not to compare LC creations to foods we were used to before. So, if you compare these roles to bread or hamburger buns, you will probably not be too happy with them, but if you try them as a new cool food that you have found that tastes great holding bacon cheeseburgers together, you will be be pleased with them and you will also have expanded your food choices to include a brand NEW type of food that can be used for all sorts of sandwich type creations. |
