Hi Candy! Isn't it wonderful to say 64 more lbs rather than 100? You just thrill me to no end! I bet a lot of folks are starting to really notice now too. What is your goal size?

Your menus look really good! When you said that you had been eating low carbs lately I thought it was going to show something less than 20. You are able to eat around 30 and still lose girl! You should be very encouraged by this! You see what I am eating and having a slow loss (well, really no loss right now)! You are going to be just fine with this WOL! I am really proud of you!

I want to make banana so bad .... but Randy hates banana. So, I can't justify buying the extra ingredients just for me.

No particular size in mind. I just want to be able to shop in the "regular" sizes and not the Plus sizes.

But most days there are less than 20 if you count net. The problem with the Fitday online public journal is that it doesn't show the fiber. However, I don't really subtract anything. I count all my carbs. AND, I don't think I really count, I just type in what I ate at the end of the day.

Luv Fashion Bug! Stuff on clearance now? Last year I got clothes there for $3 each!

Candy, per your request:

Have Hannah seperate 6 eggs, whites in one bowl, yolks in another, You cannot get even a drop of yolk in the whites.

In the whites add 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tarter (optional) plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. Whip on high for 2 to 3 min until whites are stiff and form peeks.

To the yolks add seasonings of choice (I use Italian) plus 2 packs of Splenda and 1.5 tablespoons of full fat mayo. 3 oz of cream cheese will work too in place of mayo. Whip on high for 1 min.

Gently fold the yolks into the whites with a rubber spatula or spoon. Very gently so as not to break the whites down...

Use Reynolds non stick foil or grease two cookie sheets and drop with large spoon into 6 rolls per sheet. Do not flatten but you can sort of shape them if you want. Recipe says add spoonfuls to top till batter is gone.

Bake at 300 (preheated) for one hour. Cool completly, then put in ziplock in fridge. Although they come out crispy, the fridge will change the texture into a softer bread.

They are Revolution Rolls, and are supposed to pass for bread ... sammiches and hamburger buns. If you CAN seperate eggs, then more power to you.

I am gonna try this. I promise. Just gotta stay home long enough now to do it. I am excited that this recipe does not call for cream of tartar. So, I have ALL the ingredients. Well, except seasoning. Can I omit the Italian seasoning ? Do I use an electric beater and a stainless steel bowl ?

Ok, today is our best friend's oldest DDs 6th b-day party. It's at a pizza playground thing. They do have a salad bar. I am not too worried. I have NO problem passing up cake/ice cream. I will have a salad and pizza toppings if that's not enough. Of course, I am just assuming the adults will eat as well. I am brining some cash just in case.

Tonight's plans are still up in the air. I have not been home on the weekend in forever. I am such a homebody and getting behind just doesn't sit to well with me. The laundry and the cooking are behind and my house looks like a tornado.

Our friends are breaking through the country music industry in Nashville, and they are releasing their 2nd CD. But, the first one by a major record label. They are having a CD release party/concert at one of the local bars tonight. I want to go, but I don't want to go. If we do, that requires me traveling back to AL again tomorrow to pick up Hannah. But, it is Mother's day and although it is not a good day for me, I hate NOT to see Randy's mother either. Randy will drink, and I will dry. He will be worthless tomorrow, and staying out late, I will too. PLUS, I have no "club clothes" I can fit into.
Randy suggested a new pair of jeans .... I looked at Kmart last night ... but I refused to spend $20 on one pair of jeans for myself.

So .... I have to make a decision about Hannah going to Granny's by the time I head out for the party. Granny will be in town for the nephew's baseball game, and can pick her up from the party.

Decisions, decisions .......

Candy, any seasonings are optional in the rev rolls. Best to use glass bowls but I only have one big one so I use a plastic bowl for the whites.

BTW, I got a PM from Beth and I am so friggen happy for her... But I want to let her share her news. It's GOOD!

Lisa, they won't taste eggy.

Candy, you inspired ME to go to the thrift store, lol, or maybe I inspired myself. It was stuff a bag for $2 and get one free. There was also a notice not to double bag since it raises costs up and they are Hospice. This really crazy woman (who could have been the perfect match for your crazy guy ) started ranting and raving to me about the bags! Blah, blah, she went on and on and on...how they were lying, the bags were donated too, ect. I tried to just smile and nod but no, she started tugging at my sleeve even! I finally told her if she ever had to have Hospice she wouldn't feel this way. Over plastic bags like the grocery store uses. lol And I also told her that for $1 a bag just don't stuff them. She then picked up some clothes then suddenly threw them down on the floor and yelled at me to have a nice day. lol

I thought I did pretty well for $2. One pair of dress pants, one pair of jeans, 2 shorts, 2 sweat pants and PJ's with matching robe. All in new condition.

Girls when you make these rev rolls you will be tempted to cook them for less time--don't do it--they won't burn. 300 for 60 min

Hello Friends ....... waiting to hear from Beth.

I think there is a Salvation Army store that just opened on the other side of town. Other than that, it's a 2 hour drive to the closest thrift store. If I had the financial means, I would open one myself.

Hi there Georgia peach!

Yes, I've been lurking. But I have been checking in on you and Monet. I swear!

I just got back from a T-ball game a little while ago. We all went to garage sales this morning. The first one we went to was geting rid of EVERYTHING! If you didn't like a price that they had marked on something, offer them something else. I bought 2 regular baseballs, 1 T-ball, 1 aluminum, T-ball bat, a batting helmet, a nerf football, and an Easton pitching net. (you throw the ball at the net and the ball bounces back to you) All for 10 bucks! My youngest and I have been outsidde playing with all of our new stuff.

Wednesday I crashed BIG. I woke up to 296 and I had nothing made for breakfast or lunch. I raided the vending machines at work and then just ate whatever when I got home. I was expecting to see 300 Thursday morning but to my surprise I was 295. I ate clean all day Thursday and Friday and woke up to 293 this morning. I want to see the 280's bad!

How you doin'?

Phil, I am good. I knew you were lurking and figured somethin' happened, was just hoping it was food and not something wrong with someone. I know that seems trivial. But, I want ppl to realize I am their friend, because I am their friend, not because they are eating LC.

You can do this, and I will help you . I need support to. Together, we can all reach our goals.
