Morning all. I have to go get ready for work. I have to keep it in high gear today and make some productive sales calls. The product I am working on this week pays the highest commission %, so that is where I will focus.

The scales were very nice to me this morning. I hope they will be in the morning. I love to be able to change my stats on Thursdays.

Candy, those scales are sure being extra good to you! Or could it be YOU being extra good to YOU? Great job! I know you must hold your breath everytime you weigh... I am so proud of you!

As far as the mailbox, try not to worry about the wacky guy... It could just be kids. Any of your co-workers having problems?

I am not very bright some days. I could have sworn today was WEDNESDAY

Changing my stats now !!! That means only one more day of work this week. How DID I lose a day ?

Lisa, the crazy guy is someone who was fired from my office last Friday. He has possibly made threats to those of us involved in his termination.

Nope, TT ... no one else has had a problem yet.

Randy was 4 hours late getting home from work this morning. They had some issues and he had to stay and help out -- hopefully that will get him some "brownie points". They have not mentioned anything else about moving him to 1st. But after this morning, they realize how valuable he is.

It was a little upsetting to me, because I was alarmed that he wasn't home when I got up. My 1st thought was that he had to work late, but as the morning grew longer I began to worry. They are not allowed to have their cell phones in the building ....

I am amazed on my losses here since I started taking my meds again. I get nervous that I will reach another stall. I started looking ... and I haven't had many veggies since then either. I didn't even realize it. I just hope that as I incorporate them back in I still lose. Maybe I shouldn't add them back.

Candy, I think I am jealous, lol! Do you realize you are already over 1/3 of the way to goal? And its only been 5 months??? I think you are doing a fantastic job! And yes, add some veggies back by all means. You don't want to get stuck/stalled, do you? You can always cut them back later if you need to. Think about this: Picture having few veggies and then hitting a stall--what would you cut out then besides your left arm? It's important you keep moving up--trust me. I didn't do it soon enough and I regret it.

OH, I was ONLY kidding about adding the veggies back in. I didn't realize I had not been eating them. TT - you do make it sound so easy when you shine the light on how far I've come. Only 64 more lbs to go. Right now, I am just concentrating on the 217. Doubtful I will make it there by the end of May. BUT, I want to be closer. Then, I will shoot for ONEderland. .

How many carbs have you been eating to get to this wonderful loss? Where are you getting your carbs from if not from veggies? You know how I am trying to learn from everyone who is doing so well!

My fan club ALWAYS keeps me accountable.

Ok Beth, I am going to put the Fitday in my signature right now. Remember, as I said before it's NOTHING to brag about. And I have been eating way low carb these past 2 weeks. I think . However, I even ate a 3 min. choc. cake last night and lost. I did have lettuce and green beans today.

I just read an awesome analogy posted in the ML, regarding what to do with a stumble in eating ....

The person states that they will resume the correct foods on the very next meal instead of continuing to eat off plan the remainder of the day.

I was impressed with this reply .
