OK fans, I am sooooo tired this morning. The circus just wears me out. If the weather holds out, we will have a record year (since 2000) with the money raised.

I stayed on plan ALL weekend (had 2 drinks). There were plenty of opportunities to cheat .... but I never really wanted too. I was down another pound this morning (230), so I hope it holds and that I can weigh in the 220's on Thursday (229 is my goal).

Well the scale was nice to me again this morning. I was down another pound - 229. I am praying that this holds til Thursday. This must be my TOM to lose

Hope to have a good day at work. Probably won't get much done, it will most likely be filled with meetings and discussion on the termination of the "idiot".

Candy, that is fantastic that your weight continues to drop!

I am sure there is a part of you that can't believe it. Well, DO believe it cause it is true and will continue. I think you are wise to have the little lc goodies (S.A. free, of course) as part of your diet from the start. You would be surprised if you knew how many wait too long and then can't have them. I believe what you start with you can keep...As long as you can lose. For example, my DH refused to give up his beer. He switched to Lite and we won't even go there about how much he can consume but it never did effect his loss. On the other hand, I quit drinking beer. If I drink now it is bourbon and diet. Now if I have a couple beers, guess what happens to me? blimpola Yet I can tolerate the bourbon. I sure would do things just like you if I had this to do all over again--for sure. KUTGW

I am SO HAPPYfor you! The 220's! Thats a milestone, for sure! I know when I get down into a new number range, It's like a huge thing. It just reminds me how much the whole process is worth it and gets me even more motivated to keep going for more. You are doing great! Keep it up, my friend

This is hard to believe for me, really. I am so scared it is going to come to a screeching halt again. I do wonder how much I would have lost if I had stayed on the meds and not removed them myself. Thank you ALL for your love and support. If it had not been for ALL OF YOU, I would not have made it this far, nor will I keep losing. So thanks again for all you ALL do.

Candy, just relax and enjoy the ride! You'll do just fine. I bet you have clothes you can't even wear anymore. Keep the biggest pants you can find as a reference and whenever you think its not working, try them on. I also like having a pair of pants or shorts that you can almost fit into but not quite yet. One day you try them on and they don't fit, then you try them later and PRESTO! Clothes make excellent mini goals.
