Here's the best part: One of my dear friends lost 100 lbs last year on WW. She has successfully kept it off thus far, and she looks great. She was with us on St. Patty's Day. I had commented then that my jeans were too big and I just bought them. I told her I should have bought another pair to wear. She said that they weren't that bad, and I didn't need to waste the money. Well, she greeted me when I got there yesterday by looking me over and saying "It's time for a reward girl, you need some new jeans" (it was the same pair

Additionally, today would be a typically pizza day at my house. Well, guess what .... Randy wanted pizza. So he and Hannah had pizza and I had wings.

I fried the slaw in butter and Janes ... pretty tasty. I did add a dash of soy sauce

... but that would be way better than drenching it, right ?

Good morning Candy!

The racing looks like a lot of fun. Our nephew does motor cross and we are Nascar fans. (Terrific race yesterday, although I always feel sorry for the way folks treat Jeff Gordon)

WTG for making the wing choice over pizza! YAY for you! And yes, thrift stores are a great place to buy clothes that you won't be in too long anyways. I think now that you have a firm grip on the plan the weight is going to just fall right off of you. In fact, it already is!

Good morning Candy! It is good to see that you are feeling better. I knew that getting back on that medicine would make a difference in how you would feel. It doesn't mean that you will always have to take it. But I do think that you will benefit from taking it now. I want you to feel good while you are losing weight. You are definitely the "queen of water retention". Hoping you can look back over this month and be proud of your accomplishments! I am proud of you!!

I gave up looking on eBay. I get so frustrated. Maybe another day, when I just feel like shopping. I think the meds are making me more nauseated ... something is that's for sure.

TT - we have a friend here in Rome that works and races motorcross for Pirelli. He was apparently injured over the weekend and is paralyzed from the waist down. We are still trying to get the details. He had sent someone a text message yesterday, but was very drugged up. They think the accident happened in TN at the Loretta Lynn place ?? He is supposedly in a a hospital in Birmingham.

I know. He got a concussion last September in a race and said he would never race again. NO ONE knew he was racing .... his is from England, so apparently is family is still on their way here.
