Well, I made here. I either have a sinus infection or strep.

I feel like garbage. I have had NO pain until this afternoon. My throat started hurting again and I have some sinus pressure and drainage. I am hoping that's why my throat is hurting, maybe just irritation. I think all the drainage is what made me so sick at my stomach. If were a stomach virus, etc. I think I would have had other symptoms.

You are all are SOOOO sweet to check on me. Gonna try and catch up on some journals and threads. On some serious sinus drugs at the moment.

Well, of course not. I am too cheap for that unless I think I am dying (which I did yesterday and they were closed). Now that I have more symptoms I have self diagnosed.

You're gonna be shocked!! I slept last night and woke up at 6:30 a.m. - just like you normal folk! Freaky,huh? Do you think it's a sign of the second coming?

I find that my scale tends to give me good news when I'm holding my shotgun loaded with 3 inch turkey mags!

Let's see. The less I weigh means the less the scale moans, which means the better the scale and I both feel! So that means that the less I weigh, the better we all feel. Right?

It's good to see you posting. I hope you get a really good nights sleep tonight and you feel much better tomorrow!

I was able to get a good night's sleep. I still have a lot of drainage. I also think the sinus pills are making me retain fluid. I am sooo sensitive. Up 3 lbs this morning. I know perhaps I should way daily, but then I would be taking xanax and who knows what I would weigh on Thursdays. I will only beat myself up on Thursdays, and then only if I ate off plan. On plan, in moderate to large ketosis, and feeling "thinner" .... but gaining on the scale. Go figure.
My week of the month is coming and I BELIEVE I will see a loss at least one weigh in out of the month. It's doubtful that I can achieve the 30 in 3 challenge goal, as now that requires an average of 3lb loss per week. But, I won't give up.

Candy, I know the scales play games like that but dang if I am not on them every single morning too--like a magnet on steel. lol When the scales are unkind pull out the trusted tape measure. That is your true friend.

I know it is hard to see the water weight but you do have a reason for it....that helps me anyway. You will get rid of it soon. Don't get discouraged too much. Keep pressing forward. Look at where you were a month ago. The weight drops over time, and you know that you will not be the same a month from now. Hope by the end of the week you will be feeling more like yourself. Chin up!
