Randy and Hannah had PANCAKES ...

He wasn't in ketosis and has no problem "carb cycling".
I was in LARGE ketosis before we ate

I was delirious. And couldn't breathe.

We were being overtaken. Randy sprayed, and I accidentally breathed way too much.

So, here's to carb cycling for my wonderful husband. He DEVOURS pancakes last night. Gets up this morning and steps on the scale and PROUDLY announces HE HAS REACHED ONEderland !!

While I want to be happy for him

... just kidding, I am happy.
I was the same as yesterday ........... sigh. Waiting on the woosh fairy ... any day now.
