Well, I suppose I need to update my journal. I have lost an overall 4lbs this week. That's 13lbs down since starting this WOE and the "Gutter Girl" challenge. I also have pledged to lose 100lbs in 2007. That is a huge task, and I pray that I at least come close.

I had set a mini goal of 250 for my first loss. So one more lb and I need a new mini-goal. I am thinking about increments of 10lbs.

I got the Vanilla Davinci's at Walmart -- they had 2 other flavors, but Vanilla was the only one that sounded good for coffee. I wish I had gotten another flavor. I wasn't too crazy about it. But, I am trying to adapt to new flavors and acquire new tastes.

.. haven't got any in a while.. only a few places carry it here and when I do get to like walmart.. I totally forget about it..

The Vanilla is my favorite, can't stand the caramel in my coffee...sorry Monet...and have recently tried the butter toffee, which I really like, chocolate, which is okay, and french vanilla also just okay, imo.

I love the french vanilla it is richer than vanilla and the nuts and carmel I hate the chocolate tastes fake to me. you can blend them I have coffee ideas somewhere in my journal I will find them later if you want just let me know.

Looks like she and her friends had a great time!!!

And that cookie-cake... it's one of my "evil fantasies" to go to the mall, get one and sit in my car and eat the whole thing

... So, I have to really, really stay away from the cookie store when I'm feeling weak...

Those are my absolute FAVORITE!!! (...especially with all that icing...)

She is so gorgeous and that cookie looks like it's to die for! Way to go for not diving right in there - YOU RAWK! Have a good one sweetie and thanks for everything you said last night on the board - means a lot and I took a lot of it to heart - although I do use Fitday and I do know exactly how many carbs I'm eating - I'm just waiting for my woosh - no biggie anymore

Today is day 10 on plan

and NO cheats! YAY!

Thank you all for your kind comments about Miss Hannah. I am really proud of her. She is so beautiful, and I love to brag on her (can you tell ?). Everyone tells me she could be a model or make commercials. If there is a camera, rest assured she will find her way to it. The only problem (as you can see in the pics) is that she closes her eyes everytime we "flash".
We had a blast and I am proud that I did not eat the cookie.

Problem now is this birthday cake that MIL brought to Hannah. Now, FIL is diabetic. He is on a diabetic WOE, and she should be helping him. She knows we are on low carb WOE, and we don't like for Hannah to overindulge in sugar. SO SHE BRINGS A CAKE. Now, it would not have bothered me if (A) we had not had the cookie, and (B) they didn't bring her a hot fudge cake at Ryan's when they sang Happy Birthday to her. So, what's 5 year old to do with an entire cake. I think it was just plain MEAN.

I have "stepped away" from the cake, and am guzzling water. DH is at work and D is asleep. UGHH !!!
