Very glad to know that Hannah isn't in any discomfort. I understand your feelings about the lunch, but in an effort to help anyone else that might dine there (such as a diabetic that can't have sugar) you might call the manager on the phone and just explain that his chef needs education on what sugar is ... that really annoyed me. Restaurants depend upon word of mouth (very effective) more than all the paid for advertising.

Many people have specific dietary needs, not just low carbers. Some people have to avoid sodium, fats, hidden items they might be alergic to and restaurants have to start catering to all of them. Just because one has special dietary considerations doesn't mean they don't enjoy dining out occasionally. It's a market that should be tapped. Just my 2 cents.

Today is a good day with the scales. I won't spoil the numbers for ya or jinx them, so we'll talk numbers tomorrow on weigh-in day.

I need to run for now .... another day from HE%& at the office today I am sure.

I am hoping to squeeze into an old pair of pants today, they were making fun of my baggy ones yesterday. But, hey that's a good thing.

Candy, sorry you had such a bad experience with that salad. It was great humor for me though! I think we all have a story like that to tell. I think it would be a great thread to start...copy and paste it in the main lobby! It is a amazing to me how waitresses have a hard time hearing what your needs are. And you feel like you are patronizing when you go over it again and again...then they get it wrong. Live and learn.

How were the scales? And what kind of treatment is Tippy Toes doing?

Hey Candy, sorry to hear work is going rough, seems like thats goin around lately. That chef was a real butt head. Is ay you have stud go have a "talk" with him out back ( thats the red neck in me talkin lol) Congrats on your baggy pants, thats always nice to hear! Oh BTW, I may have missed it on the playground, but any info on ur friend the 911 dispatcher?..thats been on my mind today.

Candy, sorry about the salad experience but I smiled when I read it BECAUSE you have mastered the art of this WOE! The old Candy would not have noticed any of those obstacles... You are on your way--I have NO DOUBT!

Feeling less sore today, Candy. Have no idea what inch loss will occur. Laughed at myself nekkid this morning cause they have really inflated my rear end with the stuff!

It is huge, RFLMAO!

How is dear Hannah doing, BTW?

Oh yes, almost forgot, still fighting the gain. Only rid of 1/2 a lb so far and have to get 1 more lb gone to be out of the danger zone...

Yesterday they arrested a fellow officer and are charging him w/witholding info pertinent to an investigation - a felony. I wonder if it's to make him talk or give "up" something ..... they have drained the lake by their house, but to my knowledge they have not found her. The story was on Nancy Grace last night.

Good job on the 1/2 lb, you'll get that one more soon. And remember those inches you are gonna lose !!! You are right, I would have eaten the whole salad less the sweet pecans and never considered the other sugars in it.

Howard Stern is encouraging his fans on Series Sat. radio to vote for Sunjayi as a joke and to end American Idol IF the fans really make the vote count as they say... He has a huge following so maybe?
