Dixie, you know how down I have been. I have not lost a lb since 3/14. I had to post these to convince myself it IS working and the scale is not something I should live my life around. Don't get me wrong, I will still weigh daily, but I needed the boost. I hoped to encourage myself and I am glad I encouraged you in the process.

Girls I have something stupid to ask... some of you write "ETA" at the bottom of your message .. what does that mean? Because ETA to me, means Estimated Time of Arrival... and so everytime I read that, I'm like - What the heck? That makes no sense - it should be "BTW" - By The Way....

Meh.. LOL ... so if you can help me figure that one out - that would be fantastic!

you can
there is a button at the top of each thread if you want to subscribe without posting use the thread tool button to do it.
If you post and no longer want to be subscribed push it as well.
A little drop down box wil open and chose which ever you need sunbcribe or unsubscribe.
I am not subscribed to the ones I post in excpet the major ones.
Plus I delete subscribtions every so often or I would go batty.
